Since then, the Peruvian State strengthened its commitment to the protection and promotion of children’s rights. In this paper, the implication of two fundamental concepts in the text of the Convention will be covered from a legalpolitical perspective: the legal definition of child and the best interest of the child.

The purpose of this case report was to describe a technique to modify the free gingival graft by perforations within the graft to guarantee a horizontal increase in the keratinized mucosa in the anteroinferior sector of a total edentulous mandible after osseointegration of previously placed dental implants in a hybrid prosthesis protocol. A 71-year-old male underwent free modified gingival graft surgery with perforations at the level of each implant. At 3 months, the mucosa appeared to be healthy and keratinized, especially at a horizontal level around the implants previously diagnosed with mucositis, providing the patient with satisfactory results. The Cartesian substantial dualism and the mind-body problem provoked in the Modern Times a monist reaction that eliminated the ontological dualist interaction and conceived the problem as a conflict between explanatory discourses. Kant introduces the distinction between phenomenon and noumenon as one of perspective, with the intention of solving the conflict between materialist and mentalist explanations. However, he does not consistently place the mind in the noumenic perspective and thus blurs his perspectivist solution and ontological commitments to the idealist mentalism. CLIMANDES is a pilot twinning project between the National Weather Services of Peru and Switzerland (SENAMHI and MeteoSwiss), developed within the Global Framework for Climate Services of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). Split in two modules, CLIMANDES aims at improving education in meteorology and climatology in support of the WMO Regional Training Center in Peru, and introducing user-tailored climate services in two pilot regions in the Peruvian Andes. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo en el Centro de Salud del MINSA de Colcaliamlia, Tayacaja, departamento de Huancavelica, con el objetivo de conocer las características epidemiológicas y clínicas de la Malaria vivax, durante el año 1998. Se presentaron 576 casos, siendo más frecuentes en varones (66,84%), agricultores (41,42%), educación primaria (63,60%) y entre 15 a 44 años (52.08%). El 94,62% fueron casos autóctonos provenientes de las localidades de Huayo (91,49%) y Píleos (3, 13%). Las manifestaciones no variaron del cuadro clínico clásico representado por fiebre (100,00%, escalofríos (100,00%), cefalea (95.66%), malestar general (90,63%) y sudoración (83,33%). The Pucará Group platform carbonates (Upper Triassic - Lower Jurassic) were laid down in northern and central Peru in a NNW-SSE elongated basin (Fig. 1). They represent the first sediments of the Andean cycle, the beginning of which is marked by a Norian transgression (Mégard, 1978). The sedimentary evolution of the Pucará Group can be explained in terms of a large transgressive/regressive second order sequence which consists of predominantly shallow water carbonates including a maximum flooding period represented by ammonite-bearing bituminous calcareous shales. Detailed investigations in the southern part of the basin show that the Pucará Group thickens progressively from west to east in the form of a half-graben (Fig. 2). En este estudio se evaluó la contaminación por elementos trazas en el sedimento superficial de la bahía del Callao, Perú. Se analizaron 28 elementos trazas en sedimentos marinos superficiales, provenientes de cuatro estaciones por cada temporada (otoño, invierno, primavera y verano), durante el período 2015-2016, a través de espectrofotometría de absorción atómica con plasma acoplado inductivamente (ICP-MS). Se utilizaron índices para determinar el grado de contaminación del sedimento. El As, Cd, Cu, Hg, Pb y Zn podrían estar asociados a efectos tóxicos sobre la biota del sedimento marino superficial con base en una evaluación de riesgo ecológico. The growth of the Peruvian migration to Buenos Aires is a phenomenon highlighted in the last decades. From a gender perspective, the configuration of the nets is studied in the pre-migration stage, as well as its later composition and distribution in Argentina. Secondary sources are used, but the main contribution comes given by the «Peruvian Migration and Gender Survey» (EMIGE 2007). Main results: it is the migratory flow with smaller antiquity in Argentina. In a high proportion, they concentrate on the City of Buenos Aires and they constitute the foreign population with bigger pre-eminence of women and the less aged one. In this article we show several properties about multiply Hölder functions. We study the Hölder class of a composition of multiply Hölder functions and prove that a map and its inverse belong — under certain hypotheses — to the same Hölder class. We also prove some extension properties of multiply Hölder functions; for example, we show that a multiply Hölder functions always extends, in the same Hölder class, to “exceptional” sets that are codimension one manifolds.
