This research applies complexity theory to explain the formation process of complex strategies. A systematic literature review was carried out to identify the state of the art and it was observed that the theoretical framework of the theory is dispersed. In this context, the local behavior scheme, unpredictability, self-organization, emergent order and evolution on the edge of chaos were identified as the most representative constructs of the theory. Based on these concepts, it was concluded that managers have a fundamental role in leading organizations; that strategies must promote experimentation, improvisation, trial and error; and that they must be constantly updated based on changes in the environment. Finally, a conceptual model of the complex strategy formation process is developed and a set of practical recommendations is provided.

This article deals with the environmental/ecological Humanities in Peru and its relationship with complexity. For this purpose, a specialized bibliographic search was carried out. The review concludes that although environmental/ ecological humanities are not explicitly developed in Peru to date, there are contributions from the perspective of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinarystudies, especially from literature, the arts, environmental history and forestry philosophy. Some of the hybrid disciplines that are considered components of the environmental/ecological humanities are also developed, although they are not manifestly recognized as contributions towards this field of transdisciplinary studies. Prospective studies developed in the zone of the Marañón basin show us a type of regional geology called the Marañón-Huánuco Region Complex, consisting of metallic minerals of Copper, Silver, Gold in schists and gneiss in contact with intrusives, as well as minerals of nickel, cobalt, titanium, platinum, among others. The characterization of the minerals in the area using instrumental techniques: minerographic microscope, Mössbauer spectroscopy analysis, multielemental chemical analysis, allow us to corroborate the presence of the metallic minerals of the Marañón Complex, as well as the presence of iron oxides, and to a degree of magnetization that are indicators of the metallic presence in the sampled areas. Archaeological buildings are part of our national cultural heritage, have a legacy of historical significance, and are generators of economic benefits, due to tourist movements. Three-dimensional models have become a useful and significant tool for monitoring records, virtual reality, and structural analysis of architectural monuments. Aerial photogrammetry is the most employed method, it provides a complete model of the monument, incorporates a digital camera that can be used manually, placed on a drone, or on top of tripod instruments. Introduction: The objective of this research was to explore the association between the presence of depressive symptoms and the existence of symptoms suggestive of urinary incontinence in a group of women treated in a public hospital in Peru. In Peru, the vast majority of health facilities, both public and private, still have medical record formats on paper. Migration to the electronic health records information system (SIHCE) has been seen to be a great challenge in many respects. The San Pablo Hospital Complex (CHSP) is made up of eleven health establishments distributed in four departments of the country. The adoption and implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities drastically changed the understanding of the rights of persons with disabilities. The right to legal capacity (or legal agency) of persons with disabilities stands out, among other issues needed for its implementation. The Convention recognizes that persons with disabilities can make decisions and their disability is not ground for denying legal capacity. This goes against what most Civil Codes state in our region. To guarantee said right, it is necessary that States recognize support for legal capacity that are guarded by safeguards. These will prevent abuse, undue influence and conflict of interest. Background: the neurosurgical burden of disease is high worldwide. Information regarding this in Peru is limited. We aim to describe epidemiological characteristics and temporal distribution of the neurosurgical burden of disease in a high complexity center in Peru. Material and Methods: we carried a cross-sectional analytical study using the surgery registry from the neurosurgical department of Hospital Nacional María Auxiliadora in Lima-Peru, which contains registers from 2008 to 2020. Diagnoses were classified into main diagnosis, a variable with 10 levels, each a broad category; and specific diagnosis, defining the etiology. The study was carried out between 2014 and 2017; it was based on botanical collection and direct field observations of both flora and deterioration. Twelve species distributed in 11 families and 12 genera were recorded, of them 2 cryptogams (2 lichen species) and 10 phanerogams (5 herbs, 1 suffrutice, 1 subshrub, 2 shrubs and 1 tree). The taxa are found inside the architectural complex at the base, on the walls, roads and passageways, causing two types of effects on the substrate: biogeophysical (mechanical) and biogeochemical; as well as potential biodeterioration agents.

The objective of the study was to determine the factors associated with QRS complex alterations in domestic dogs undergoing electrocardiographic examination at a cardiological diagnosis center in Lima during the period 2018-2020. An analytical observational study was carried out. A data collection form was used to record information about the dependent variables: duration, amplitude, polarity and morphology of the QRS wave; and the independent variables: age, sex, breed size and obesity of the dog. Subsequently, a logistic regression analysis was performed to quantify the association between the classification variables and QRS complex alterations. Based on ceramic and architectural evidence collected from the archaeological complex of Campanario, we identify this site as the political and religious center in the valley of Huarmey around AD 1000. In this article we discuss the activity areas of Campanario and present detailed description of a local style of ceramic which we are calling the Campanario Style. Artifacts and features from surface contexts have allowed us to reconstruct the occupational history and site chronology of Campanario. The results of our analyses have furthered our understanding of the type of sociopolitical organization operating in the Huarmey Valley during the Late Intermediate Period (AD 900-1400).
