The study of children and adults who have a hearing and auditory deficit that are not justified by a deficient auditory profile in the audiogram, has aroused the interest of numerous research groups in the last decades, whose result has been the definition and compilation of evidences towards the evaluation of Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD). In this article we will make a historical journey through the definition of the syndrome and the different instruments used today for its diagnosis.

The latest research carried out in the Pucllana Ceremonial Center, have revealed the existence of 82 tombs belonging to a cemetery of the Wari period located between the IV and VI Platform of the Great Pyramid. In the 2008 season, the Huaca Pucllana Research, Conservation and Valorization Project (PICPVHP) led by Dr. Isabel Flores Espinoza, excavated an individual funerary context belonging to an infant that retained most of its elements in situ as the structure, the bale and offerings. El estudio tiene como objetivo comparar y describir los procesos interculturales que se presenta en los grupos Yaneshas y Asháninkas en selva central del territorio peruano, como esfuerzos para lograr avances hacía el desarrollo, el método utilizado fue el etnográfico y las entrevistas abiertas y la observación participante dirigida a líderes nativos y autoridades de la zona, fueron las técnicas de investigación. Para el análisis se tomó en consideración las estrategias implementadas en el sector salud, educación a través de algunos programas implementados por los diferentes niveles del gobierno, desde donde se han elaborado diversos instrumentos y lineamientos para propiciar una intervención inclusiva con enfoque intercultural, sin embargo, en la práctica, quedan vacíos interculturales, la población indígena no se sienten parte de los procesos de desarrollo. A common theme among research on Amazonian indigenous economies has been the change of its 'traditional' character by processes of market insertion. The case of the Yánesha people, that inhabits the Palcazu valley, has not been the exception. In this space, the development of commercial livestock production and the establishment of three large protected natural areas have been followed by projects around environmental sustainability in the last 30 years. Las redes de colaboración de multicentros son esenciales para el avance de la investigación y mejorando la atención clínica de variedad de condiciones. La redes de investigación son particularmente importantes para las infecciones del sistema nervioso central, las cuales son difíciles de estudiar. Se revisa nuestra experiencia de desarrollo de redes de investigación en encefalitis en doce hospitales de cinco ciudades peruanas desde el año 2009, y se presentan sugerencias prácticas para ayudar a otros grupos de investigación en áreas de recursos limitados.

The main warehouse of a hydroelectric plant is crucial for managing the spare parts necessary for equipment maintenance. However, its inefficient use can generate costs and decrease logistical efficiency. To improve this situation, solutions based on engineering tools such as SLP, 5S, and Slotting were proposed. The pilot implementation showed an 89% increase in the utilization of storage space indicator (UCA), a 40.73% reduction in lead time, and a 10.18% decrease in inventory level. These tools had a significant impact on space optimization, reduction in search times, improvement in inventory management, and reduction in operating costs. Consequently, they improved efficiency, profitability, and satisfaction in the logistical management of the hydroelectric plant.

This essay is intended to highlight the value of the construction processes used in traditional Ashaninka architecture in the central jungle region of Peru. Paradoxically, these ways of living and building, which have the potential to be a feature of identity and heritage, are undervalued by both locals and outsiders. Recognizing and reevaluating alternative ways of interacting with the environment can be a path not only to healing for a people who have always been marginalized, but also to possible solutions to current problems in contemporary architecture. We will first define the concepts of heritage and territory, followed by a brief overview of the history of the VRAEM and the Ashaninka way of relating to the territory. We will then describe the construction processes of Asháninka architecture and finally offer some brief reflections on the subject

El estudio del clima es imprescindible para explicar la geodinámica externa en la vertiente del Pacífico de los Andes Centrales, entre 15°S y 19°S), debido a que los procesos mediante los cuales se desarrolla el modelado del relieve o morfogénesis están controlados por las variables termo-pluviométricas y la fito-estabilización. For some years, Peru has started a determined push towards a national process of digital transformation that guarantees access to the opportunities of the digital environment for all people. This process has been accelerated by the demand for change and the disruption generated by the health crisis and, in turn, by the citizen’s decision to incorporate digital into their daily lives. The National Digital Transformation Policy emerges as a guiding document with the purpose of promoting digital citizenship, guaranteeing equitable and safe access to digital transformation and what determines the actions of the country’s Digital Agenda towards 2030. This article addresses those aspects of this Policy that will constitute the critical success factors to guarantee digital equity.

This paper highlighted the discussion about the environmental matters over the criminal proceeding. The application of different unit root statistics is by now a standard practice in empirical work. Even when it is a practical issue, these statistics have complex nonstandard distributions depending on functionals of certain stochastic processes, and their derivations represent a barrier even for many theoretical econometricians. These derivations are based on rigorous and fundamental statistical tools which are not (very) well known by standard econometricians.
