Perceptions of old elderly of the integral development centers for the old people

The following investigation tries to explore the field of the perception of the old ones, which they go to the centers of integral development for the old people in the municipality of Mexicali; the methodology used consisted of semi structured interviews and audio recordings, which later they were analyzed under the phenomenological perspective of the studied cases. the purpose of the same one, tries by exposing the cases, to contribute to the change of the cultural perception on such, to know external and internal the factors that affect the total development in this stage of the life, as well as, to recognize the importance that has the creation of specialized places in contributing to the bio-psico-social care of the individuals.

Objective: To evaluate the relationship between circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) presence and tumor features including tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) levels in Peruvian breast cancer patients. Materials and Methods: This was a prospective study conducted at the Instituto Nacional de Enfemedades Neoplasicas, Peru. We evaluated level of TIL and PIK3CA mutations in ctDNA. Clinical characteristics, including outcome data, were collected from the patient file. Survival was calculated from the date of blood sample drawn to the event time. Data collected were analyzed using SPSS software version 25. Results: We analyzed plasma samples from 183 breast cancer patients. most cases were of Luminal-B (44.8%) phenotype and stage II (41.5%), and median stromal TIL was 30%. Las redes de colaboración de multicentros son esenciales para el avance de la investigación y mejorando la atención clínica de variedad de condiciones. La redes de investigación son particularmente importantes para las infecciones del sistema nervioso central, las cuales son difíciles de estudiar. Se revisa nuestra experiencia de desarrollo de redes de investigación en encefalitis en doce hospitales de cinco ciudades peruanas desde el año 2009, y se presentan sugerencias prácticas para ayudar a otros grupos de investigación en áreas de recursos limitados.
