This article starts talking about the block and regional subaccumulation, by market and intersectorial relationships, the demographics, social and productive dynamics, such as rural and urban articulation (disarticulation?). Then, the article focus on how the peasant markets goes on, and their credits, in Vilcanota basin like an intermediate region. It's very important to say that in this place the money has many rules and different purposes. There are no difference between the money such a capital in a regional scale and the money just like an exchange way in microregional spaces. It finishes with some conclusions in function of the central objective.

Twelve Von Reck1inghausen cases were studied finding more incidence within the 31-40 years group, with an incidence of 50% (6 cases). In the intraoral area there was more incidence in the palate, (5 cases 41.7%) but in the type of lesion the peripherical modules were more frequent (8 cases, 66.6%). The peripherical nodules were like nipples, but in case 4 it was like papule of 8 to 10 mm of diameter. Tumors o diffuse masses were detected in 3 cases (25%) being subcutaneous along the nerve. It was observed in the hard palate a soft lesion with 20 mm of diameter which was the same color of the underlying mucous. In the radiographic examination it was found alveolar bone loss in 7 cases (58.3%) as found in the serial radiographies. The purpose of this work is to determine that inadequate lipcomissural cicatrisation is in relation to despolimerization of mucopilasaccharide submucous and its interrelation with extracellulars poteins (albumins and globulins). They secrets plasmatics cellulas of the bucal mucous. With this finality it was studied 35 cases of tegumentary leishmaniasis, thus it was detected in lipcommissural region impetigo and ectimatoid ulcerous injuries in 12 cases, 34%.It was performed histopatological cuts in the inmunohistochemical study that corresponded o the lipcommissural region. The work was accomplished in Convention Valley in Cuzco, a community home for field workers called Prodein-Union Lumen Dei and in Quillabamba, in the villages of Maranura, the stopping places of Alto Curibiñe, Chaco y Quetene. Thirty leishmaniásicos cases were studied with vegetating lesions on the palate and thirty control cases. In the vegetative lesion cases with pockets deeper than 5 millimeters, forming "mamelons or moluscos carnosos" which, after the end of the specific treatment, sclerotic scars were left on the palate that hindered swallowing and talking 46.7 % or fourteen cases were found to be serious with this condition. Se ha estudiado 12 casos de la enfermedad de Von Recklighausen; la mayor incidencia fue entre las edades 31-40 años, 6 casos 50% es en la edad adulta que desarrolla plenamente los tumores cutáneos y manchas "café con leche " (5). En la localización bucal las lesiones presentaron mayor incidencia en la región del paladar, 5 casos 41.7%. En el estudio del Tipo de lesión clínica bucal neorofibromatosa se hallaron nódulos periféricos con mayor incidencia en 8 casos, 66.6%; los nódulos de piel fueron de aspecto de "pesón ", en cambio en labio como en el caso 4 fue de aspecto papular de 8 mmd. El uso de la tronzadora en el Perú está difundido y parece que esta situación continuará por algún tiempo, pero su mantenimiento no es el adecuado al tipo de maderas nativas. Con el objetivo de encontrar el óptimo triscado (trabado) se realizó un estudio de rendimiento comparando tres grados de triscado 0.15 mm, 0.25 mm y 0.35 mm, en dos tipos de madera dura y semidura. Los resultados determinan que la dureza de la madera influye en la obtención de los rendimientos y que el grado de trabajo 0.25 mm, es el óptimo para los dos tipos de madera estudiados.

Las redes de colaboración de multicentros son esenciales para el avance de la investigación y mejorando la atención clínica de variedad de condiciones. La redes de investigación son particularmente importantes para las infecciones del sistema nervioso central, las cuales son difíciles de estudiar. Se revisa nuestra experiencia de desarrollo de redes de investigación en encefalitis en doce hospitales de cinco ciudades peruanas desde el año 2009, y se presentan sugerencias prácticas para ayudar a otros grupos de investigación en áreas de recursos limitados.
