The purpose of this research was to determine the degree of relationship between Knowledge Management and Job Satisfaction in teachers of the educational institutions of the Initial level of the city of Puno. The research corresponds to the basic type, is descriptive and with a correlational design, the study sample constituted 64 teachers from the educational institutions of the Initial Education level, the information was collected with the survey technique and as an instrument the questionnaire. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between institutional pedagogical monitoring and the quality of teaching performance in educational institutions. It is an investigation that corresponds to the Positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive level and correlational design. Scientific research we have done is basic, non-experimental causal correlational study factors are two: Using media and educational quality in the Initial Level of School No. 608 - Puente Piedra - Lima. The sample consisted of 24 teachers from the Initial Level of School No. 608 Stone Bridge . The research design is transactional , correlational , causal . bivariate cross . Using the media and the educational quality that properly : For two structured data collection and measurement and consists of two aspects questionnaires were prepared . The instruments meet the qualities of validity and reliability. The research aimed to determine the level of knowledge of the body scheme in girls and boys of the Initial Educational Institution No. 192 Puno, 2018. The methodology corresponds to the quantitative descriptive approach. The population consisted of 234 children aged 5 to 6. The data was obtained through the Goodenough Test. For the results analysis, the percentage descriptive statistic was applied. The results indicate that 30.1% of children aged 5 and 6 years have a bright level of normal knowledge. According to age, 37.5% of 6-year-olds have a much higher level of knowledge than 5-year-olds. According to sex, 23.3% girls predominate normal bright and far superior, meaning that girls have a better level of knowledge than boys. It is concluded that most children have a level of normal knowledge that is bright to far superior.

At a global level, therefore, in our country, the demand for teachers with digital skills is growing, which is why our research carries out the relationship between the evaluation of the teacher's digital skills and the quality in the initial training of the student of the X cycle of education of San Marcos in Lima. This scientific study entitled Children's songs in the development of oral expression in children of the initial level. Private educational institution "Virgen de Copacabana". Puente Piedra. Pedagogical Accompaniment and Teaching Performance in the Primary Educational Institution for Minors No. 127 "San José", at the levels of Initial and Primary - El Agustino district, its main objective is to determine the relationship between the study variables (Pedagogical Accompaniment and Teaching Performance) . Methodologically it is descriptive - correlational, non-experimental, transversal, quantitative. The population is made up of 56 teachers, applying the formula to a size of 49 teachers. Two Lickert-type instruments were designed then subjected to validity and reliability whose consistency was "good" based on the established parameters. The thesis concludes by showing that there is a strong positive correlation throughout the research, between the variables analyzed: Pedagogical Accompaniment and Teaching Performance, as well as between their dimensions respectively.

It was proposed to describe the needs and demands of inclusive education as a mediator in teacher practice. The analysis of two specific argumentative cases are glimpsed through two types of role: (a) teacher, (b) manager. An interview was conducted focused on a national pedagogical institute. Attention to diversity by inclusive teachers is necessary both as a guiding or teaching principle of any intercultural and inclusive institution.

This comparative study analyzes the initial teacher training in Paraguay regarding the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) across different socioeconomic regions of the country. A quantitative approach was employed, with a descriptive scope and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 476 prospective teachers from 11 officially managed teacher training institutes nationwide. The findings reveal significant convergences and divergences concerning the availability of technological resources, the training received, and attitudes toward ICT. The objective of the research was to determine the effect of the application of the DEPREPCEP Program in the learning of basic gymnastics in girls of the Puno 2009 Initial Educational Institution. The methodology corresponds to an experimental-level study of the application type, with a design of pre and post test of a single group.
