El estudio adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo nivel ordinal y corte transversal, con diseños no experimentales, correlacionales y básico. Se utilizaron herramientas evaluadas por especialistas, sobre una muestra no aleatoria de 15 profesores y 95 estudiantes. Se identificaron distintos niveles en la autoevaluación de los docentes: medio (56,8%), alto (30,5%) y bajo (12,6%); y en el rendimiento académico: medio (45,3%), alto (32,6%) y bajo (22,1%). El análisis inferencial mostró una correlación moderada para la hipótesis principal (r=0,630) y para las hipótesis secundarias: la primera (r=0,660), la segunda (r=0,657), y la tercera (r=0,704). Se determina que hay una conexión significativa entre la evaluación propia de los profesores y niveles de desempeño estudiantil en la facultad mencionada.

The objective of this research is to identify and establish the relationship that exists between ambidextrous pedagogical leadership and educational quality in the Graduate Unit of the Faculty of Education of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM) in Lima. To do this, we use a quantitative approach, cross-sectional and ordinal level, hypothetical deductive method. The sample was made up of 120 persons.
