The purpose of this research was to determine the psychometric properties of the ADCA 1 assertiveness scale, the type of research is instrumental; we worked with a sample of 730 individuals between the ages of 13 and 16. It was considered a non-probabilistic sample by trials. The results indicate that the Self-Assertiveness scale in its original proposal does not present evidence of construct validity (X2 / gl = 2,648; GFI = 0.883; CFI = 0.807; RMSEA = 0.048 and SRMR = 0.0532); After analyzing the items, an exploratory analysis with an oblique rotation is sought, obtaining 5 factors that explain 43,602% of the construct. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar las propiedades psicométricas de la escala de asertividad ADCA 1, el tipo de investigación es instrumental; se trabajó con una muestra de 730 individuos con edades entre 13 a 16 a más años. Se utilizó un muestreo no probabilístico por juicios. Los resultados indican que la escala de Auto-Asertividad en su propuesta original no presenta evidencias de validez de constructo (X2/gl= 2.648; GFI= 0.883; CFI= 0.807; RMSEA= 0.048 y SRMR = 0.0532); después de analizar los ítems se trabajó un análisis exploratorio con una rotación oblicua obteniéndose 5 factores que explican el 43.602% del constructo. En este artículo se investigan las actitudes en cuanto a la investigación y su relación con el rendimiento académico en un grupo de estudiantes de primer ciclo de una universidad privada. El método se trabajó con alumnos de psicología e ingeniería, con una muestra de 420 personas seleccionadas mediante un muestreo de tipo intencional. Para esto se utilizó una escala de actitudes hacia la investigación elaborada y, a fin de medir el rendimiento académico, se trabajó con las notas promedio obtenidas en los cursos donde elaboran trabajos de investigación formativa. Los hallazgos más significativos indican que no existe relación entre la actitud hacia la investigación y el rendimiento académico; solo existe correspondencia entre el componente cognitivo y afectivo de la actitud hacia la investigación y el rendimiento académico.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of the program I discover my potentialities in a group of first cycle university students; the study design was preexperimental, it worked with a sample of 382 students from the business, engineering and humanities areas, of both sexes and from national and private schools; BarOn's ICE emotional intelligence inventory was used for pre and post measurement. Significant differences were found between the pre and post after applying the PRODPE, which shows that the program achieved the development of emotional skills.

Unesco (2018) indicates that one in three students are victims of bullying at school age, which is why the present research aimed to establish the link between pro-social ability and behaviors against bullying in Peruvian adolescents between 12 and 14 years old. The research was descriptive correlational type; the study sample consisted of 109 students calculated with the G * Power program version 3.1.9.4; the sampling used was non-probabilistic for convenience. The research aimed to establish the differences in the emotional intelligence of students in the first cycle of a private university. The Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory was applied to a sample consisting of 1,940 male and female subjects from 16 to 25 years old. Crossover design was used with a significance level of 0.05 (p <0.05) and found no statistically significant difference regarding sex between the following components: interpersonal component, stress management and general mood. There are differences regarding the type of school in total emotional quotient, intrapersonal component, adaptability, stress management, the subcomponents of self-knowledge, assertiveness, self-concept, self-realization, social responsibility, problem solving, reality testing, flexibility, stress management, impulse control and optimism.

This article investigates attitudes toward research and its relation to academic performance in a group of first cycle students from a private university. Method was worked with students of psychology and engineering. A sample of 420 people selected through an intentional sampling was used. We used a scale of attitudes towards the research developed for the present research, to measure the academic performance we worked with the average grades obtained in the courses where they elaborate formative research works. The most significant findings indicate that there is no relationship between attitudes towards research and academic achievement. There is only a relationship between the cognitive and affective components of attitude toward research and academic performance.

Alcohol consumption is a problem that has grown in the last 20 years in the world and a population that was affected is the youth, for this reason the present study proposes to analyze the psychometric evidence of the AUDIT in university students in Lima. The study is of instrumental design and the sampling applied was non-probabilistic by convenience. The results showed that the questionnaire presents adequate adjustment indexes, where X2/gl: 1.32, WRMR: 0.71, NFI: 0.99, CFI: 0.99, GFI: .99, AGFI: .98, RMSEA: 0.06, SRMR: 0.03 and TLI: 0.98, resulting adequate. A reliability of α=.86 and ω=.87 was found, and differences were identified in its use for the virtual and physical modalities. It is concluded that the AUDIT has optimal properties to assess excessive alcohol consumption.

The purpose of the present study is to know the psychometric properties for investigations related to the antisocial and criminal behavior of the Automatic Thoughts Inventory of Ruiz and Lujan (1991). In the first stage of the study, the instrument was applied to 270 students of both genders, aged 14 to 17 years and attending the secondary level in different educational institutions at Comas district, in Lima. The results showed in the first stage the restructuration of the inventory of 15 dimensions (original version) to 7 dimensions, by means of the exploratory factorial analysis, obtaining in this way the construct validity of the instrument. The purpose of this study is to know the psychometric properties of the AD (anti-social and criminal behavior) questionnaire (Nicolas Seisdedos ,1988). Data was collected from 200 students of high school in Comas (district of Lima) aged from 14 to 17. The results showed a validity on 37 items (V-Aiken>0,80), which were applied to the sample, and as a result, adequate reliability values were obtained (ritc>0,20) in the two scales (anti-social and criminal behavior). The purpose of this research was the Scale of Attitudes for Preparedness in the Face of Social Disasters in the population of the San Diego de Alcalá Association in the district of San Martín de Porres, whose line of research is psychometric. Background: Family functioning is an important factor in mental health, particularly in vulnerable populations such as the elderly. Therefore, it is necessary to have valid, reliable, and equitable measurement instruments for its adequate use in psychological assessment and intervention. Objective: To analyze the evidence of validity, reliability and equity of the Family Functionality Scale (APGAR) in a sample of Peruvian older adults. Methods: A total of 522 older adults, aged 60 to 93 years (M=70.81, SD=7.62), responded to the APGAR scale. El principal objetivo de la investigación fue obtener las propiedades psicométricas de una versión abreviada de la prueba de inteligencia emocional de Bar-On en muestras escolares de Lima Norte. Con este fin, se aplicó la prueba a 1050 escolares.
