La investigación titulada "La Satisfacción Laboral de los empleados del Área de Publicidad de la Gerencia de Personas Jurídicas de la SUNARP, Zona Registral IX-sede Lima, 2014”, tuvo como objetivo general determinar el nivel de satisfacción laboral de dichos empleados, en relación a cuatro factores predeterminados por el instrumento empleado. El aprendizaje autorregulado es una competencia muy importante en los profesionales actuales y por lo tanto su desarrollo es necesario en los estudiantes universitarios. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar si las estrategias del programa del aula invertida mejoran el aprendizaje autorregulado de los estudiantes en una universidad pública. En cuanto a la metodología el enfoque es cuantitativo, de diseño cuasiexperimental y se empleó el Inventario de Aprendizaje Autorregulado (SRLI), cuestionario de 60 preguntas de Lindner, Harris y Gordon de 1992. The purpose of the research was to improve neuropsychological maturity in preschool children; to achieve this; a program of strategies that reinforced the levels of neuropsychological maturity was carried out. The research had a quantitative approach, hypothetical-deductive method and quasi-experimental design; a pre-test and post-test of the Cumanin questionnaire, a valid and reliable instrument, was applied to a sample of 450 students of the initial level. The year 2020, the Peruvian authorities decreed the development of virtual learning in universities, due to the appearance of the pandemic that originated the COVID.19, in order to avoid the increase of contagions, it is this context that the higher housesof study should, implemented strategies to improve the performance academice of the students, being one of them the use of the inverted classroom, the objective of this study was to demonstrate that the use of the Inverted Classroom significantly influences the self-regulated learning during the pandemic of the COVID-19. The method used was quantitative, basic, with a quasi-experimental design, applying a program to second cycle students of a public university. From the statistical processing it was possible to conclude that the inverted classroom significantly influences self-regulated learning.

Objetivo: O objetivo do estudo da educação inclusiva é a resposta à marginalização social de pessoas consideradas imperfeitas ou desumanas. A intenção é obter o reconhecimento das pessoas discriminadas por meio de políticas públicas inclusivas. The objective of the research was to determine the incidence of personal conditions on the cognitive distortions of persons deprived of liberty for crimes of violence against women via the hypothetical deductive method. The results showed the incidence of personal conditioning on the cognitive distortions of these individuals sanctioned for acts of violence against women. In conclusion, for the treatment of persons who have committed acts of violence against women in prisons, following investigations and the results of the studies carried out by the Ministry of Justice, the prison system must be adapted to the needs of the prison population.

The objective of the present study was to determine the incidence of university students’ emotional style on the dimensions of academic goals (academic goals, learning goals, achievement goals and social reinforcement goals). For this study, 780 students of the fifth and sixth cycle of the Health Sciences School at a private university in Lima were chosen. In this quantitative study, of a substantive type, and a causal correlational cross-sectional non-experimental design, The Emotional Style Questionnaire (ESQ) was administered and for academic goals the questionnaire of the same name (CMA). The results evidenced the significant incidence of emotional style in the academic goals of university students with 72.1%; because the reason of plausibility of the logistic model (p<0.05) fits well with the data (Deviation with p<0.05).

The tutoring of university students is very relevant for the achievement of engineering learning and personal factors are associated with satisfaction, establishing that the knowledge of these factors makes it possible to take measures that contribute to improve tutoring actions. The objective of the research was to establish the association of personal factors to satisfaction with tutoring in engineering students. A quantitative approach was chosen, the design was non-experimental and the association of personal factors with satisfaction with university tutoring.
