Digital skills in the work of higher education is a very fruitful field that is constantly developing due to the adequacy of teachers in the face of the demand for information and communication technologies and their impact on the educational field. This article deals with the current panorama and its dynamics against the requirements that the teacher must develop and the perspectives of the university and students. On the other hand, the perspective of new trends in relation to the panorama of virtual learning environments and their link in university education, is addressed. In addition, a final discussion is presented on the possibilities of the development of competencies in the higher academic task.

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between knowledge management and information and communication technologies (ICTs), based on the quantitative approach and the deductive hypothetical method, with a basic type of research. The executed research design was non-experimental. The survey technique was used and two instruments applied to knowledge management and ICTs were developed as instruments, with the reliability values ​​of 0.929 and 0.869 respectively. The results of the investigation determined that there is a direct relationship between knowledge management and ICTs with a value of 830 for the Spearman correlation coefficient, confirming that there is a significant relationship between both variables in a sample of 154 students. The objective of this article is to describe the variables that influence the academic achievement and its importance in the performance of the students. It describes the process of changes in the higher education during the last century, at global and national level. At the national level, the question is if whether these changes have improved the quality of college education. The present research seeks to explore the relationship between self-esteem and teaching performance in the educational institutions of Comas district. This is a non-experimental, cross-sectional descriptive and correlational study; the sample was made up of 363 teachers; the instruments used were Coopersmith Self-Es teem Questionnaire and the MINEDU Teaching Performance. The results showed there is a relationship between self-esteem and teaching performance in the educational institutions of Comas district.

La práctica de la inclusión en la educación implica compromiso e involucramiento de todos los actores en la medida que los derechos sean respetados y se puedan desarrollar en la sociedad. Para este estudio, se revisaron varios artículos que incluían términos como inclusión educacional, niños y escuelas. El intervalo fue desde 2015 a 2021. Luego del respectivo análisis, solo 15 artículos fueron considerados y se evidenció que España y México son los países con mayor número de publicaciones sobre inclusión educacional. Asimismo, predominan los estudios cualitativos. Finalmente, se considera la importancia de que las políticas estatales se efectúen en el salón de clases y que los niños no sean excluidos por la práctica de paradigmas inválidas.

O artigo teve como objetivo determinar a dimensão predominante da variável empatia, bem como a dimensão e o indicador predominantes, respectivamente; Para isso, o Teste do Índice de Reatividade Interpessoal para 139 estudantes do Ensino Fundamental da Universidade de Ciências e Humanidades e da Universidade Nacional de San Marcos. A pesquisa apresentou a abordagem quantitativa do tipo substantivo básico. O desenho descritivo não-experimental de predominância foi selecionado. Os resultados indicaram que não há predominância de qualquer dimensão ou indicador porque quase todos os participantes eram mulheres com treinamento consciente em habilidades sociais. Foi ratificado as fontes referenciadas no campo da pedagogia, uma vez que existe uma estreita relação entre as duas dimensões da empatia como parte da formação humanística integral dos futuros professores.
