Este artículo presenta la investigación realizada sobre el Logro de competencias durante el proceso de aprendizaje en los tiempos del COVID-19 en la Educación Básica peruana, la cual ha pasado de una modalidad presencial a una de distancia. Para la variable Logro de competencias se han considerado cuatro dimensiones: la cognitiva, la comunicativa, la social y la ética. This research aimed to determine the relationship between motivational factors and investigative skills in nursing interns from a university degree program. It was a study of the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, of a basic type, of a non-experimental, descriptive, correlational design; there was a universe population of 236 nursing interns from a private university. The survey technique was applied for both variables, in addition there were 2 Likert-type questionnaires that were validated by 5 expert judges and with an Aiken V of a value of 1 being valid, and with a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.928 for motivational factors and 0.988 for investigative skills. The tutoring of university students is very relevant for the achievement of engineering learning and personal factors are associated with satisfaction, establishing that the knowledge of these factors makes it possible to take measures that contribute to improve tutoring actions. The objective of the research was to establish the association of personal factors to satisfaction with tutoring in engineering students. A quantitative approach was chosen, the design was non-experimental and the association of personal factors with satisfaction with university tutoring. The population consisted of 800 engineering students and by means of probabilistic sampling with a 3% margin of error, the sample consisted of 458 students.
