Objectives: To determine the level of bullying in high school students in an educational institution in the district of Los Olivos. Method: descriptive and a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 101 students between 15-18 years of School “Alfredo Acosta Rebaza” located in the district of Los Olivos. The information was obtained through the survey technique called “This week in the classroom.” The analysis was performed using statistical tables and graphs, built in SPSS 20. Results: a low percentage of students present a level of bullying showing normal parameters. In comparing the level of bullying by gender, it is men who have higher rates of bullying. It was found that 15.3% of male students have suffered from aggressions more than once which leads to a low level of bullying, however only 3.9% of female students show a low incidence of bullying. The major objective of this study was to identify the rational behavior factors that predict parental behavior in 100 mothers who reported being abused by their partners and attended the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences in the city of Lima for evaluation. The instruments used to collect the information were the Rational Behavior Inventory and the Parental Behavior Inventory. Multiple regression analysis was applied using the stepwise method to identify the factors of rational behavior that predict parental behavior in the study sample. The findings show that the disapproval factor predicts hostile/coercive parental behavior with a positive correlation, while the degree of independence factor negatively predicts parental support/commitment behavior. El principal objetivo de la investigación fue obtener las propiedades psicométricas de una versión abreviada de la prueba de inteligencia emocional de Bar-On en muestras escolares de Lima Norte. Con este fin, se aplicó la prueba a 1050 escolares. Los resultados finales, después de aplicar sucesivos procedimientos psicométricos, la propuesta final obtenida para la población de estudio contiene 29 ítems, la cual presenta índices adecuados de confiabilidad Ω= 0.86; αordinal= 0.95 y α= 0.85; además, se encuentran evidencias de validez de la estructura interna mediante el análisis factorial confirmatorio, identificándose adecuados índices de ajuste al modelo compuesto por los factores: estado de ánimo-optimismo, manejo de estrés y gestión del enojo; adaptabilidad ante las adversidades; estado de ánimo-felicidad, aspectos interpersonales, los índices de ajuste encontrados ...
