Tests, scales and inventories are useful tools in psychology since they are used to make precise measurements and every year the vademecum of psychometric and projective instruments increases. An international website has managed to count 5247 instrument titles; that is, these tools have increased arithmetically. Having more tools is advantageous, but the new psychometric writers or test authors present so many singularities and inaccuracies in the description of their respective instruments, which make it necessary to have a glossary, a more precise dictionary that defines the fourteen most used instruments in psychology clinical, educational and organizational (Pereyra, 2020).

This research presents the Psychometric Properties of the Riff SPWB Psychological Well-being Scale in secondary students of UGEL 02. It was administered to a sample consisting of 1188 adolescents, chosen by a probabilistic sampling. The objective of the present investigation was to describe the psychometric properties of the Riff SPWB Psychological Well-being Scale in secondary students of UGEL 02. The scale was reduced from 34 to 12 items based on the item-test correlation ≥ .30, and the factor table ≥ .40. The relevance of the four-factor model to measure psychological well-being in adolescents was verified: Autonomy, Growth, Purpose and Self-acceptance. The internal consistency quantified with the Omega coefficient was 0.86 and for Alpha was 0.72, considered acceptable. Interpretation standards based on percentile ranks were developed.

The purpose of this study was to determine the concomitance of child-parent violence and adolescent empathy in the district of Imperial in the Province of Cañete, Lima, 2018. This was an investigation carried out under a basic quantitative method of descriptive comparative type with correlational scope and also under the design guidelines of a non-experimental design where the measurements took place at specific points in time (cross-sectional data). The sample consisted of 354 adolescents who were selected by an intentional non-probabilistic sampling. The were applied the Child-to-Parent Aggression Questionnaire (CPAQ) proposed by Calvete et al. (2013); the Toronto Empathy Questionnaire (Spreng et al., 2009; cited by Nolasco, 2012) to measure empathy; and the Davis scale (1983), which assesses cognitive aspects of empathy. The relationship between variables was established by determini...

The purpose of this research was to determine the psychometric properties of the ADCA 1 assertiveness scale, the type of research is instrumental; we worked with a sample of 730 individuals between the ages of 13 and 16. It was considered a non-probabilistic sample by trials. The results indicate that the Self-Assertiveness scale in its original proposal does not present evidence of construct validity (X2 / gl = 2,648; GFI = 0.883; CFI = 0.807; RMSEA = 0.048 and SRMR = 0.0532); After analyzing the items, an exploratory analysis with an oblique rotation is sought, obtaining 5 factors that explain 43,602% of the construct. The adjustment index of the 5-factor proposal presents evidence of construct validity (X2 / gl = 2,225; GFI = 0.936; CFI = 0.900; RMSEA = 0.041; SRMR = 0.0463), a general level the scale with 25 items presents a αordinal = 0.902 and u Ω = 0.902. In conclusion, the 25-i...

The intimate sexual behavior of couples (normal or non-pathological) must be described by psychologists, for this they use two perspectives; one is the first a) psychopathology of the DSM 5 and ICD-10 or, the second b) the perspective of positive psychology, which uses the models of Kinsey (1953), Masters and Johnson (1966), Kaplan (1979), Schnarch (1991), Whipple and Brash-Mc.Greer (1997), and Basson (2000). A panel of experts sought to validate a new taxonomy of erotic behaviors. Sexual music refers to the individual and dyadic behavior that a couple does to reach sexual intercourse; the qualities of the monodic behavior of a lover are: a) Intensity, b) Duration, c) Timbre and d) Sexual tone; and the dyadic musical coordination of two lovers are: x) Rhythm, y) Melody and z) Sexual harmony. A panel of seven experts using the Delphi method validated the content of the seven dimensions th...
