La presente investigación se desarrolló en la ciudad de Trujillo - Perú, en la cual se analizó la influencia del aditivo Plastiment TM 31 y TM 12 sobre la fisuración del concreto premezclado durante su proceso de fraguado. Para ello se diseñaron dosificaciones de mezcla, con diferentes porcentajes de aditivo y relación agua cemento en función de la mezcla comúnmente utilizada en el vaciado de losas y techos (f´c = 210 kg/cm2). El propósito del estudio es evaluar si el contenido en exceso de los aditivos o del cemento producen la fisuración del concreto premezclado. Cited literature showing that low barometric pressures produce a cessation of spermatogenesis in fertile animals brought to the task. There were no data on the effect of pressure changes on the semen when it is sent from one height to another major. Six rams (two Hampshire two Rambouillet a Merino and Dorset Horn) was used to study the effect of low barometric pressures semen exposure occurred during different time periods. EI semen was subjected to pressures equivalent to 12,000 (3,660) and 20,000 feet (6,100 mts.) High during periods ranging from several minutes to 17 hours. Motility was not affected by low barometric pressure. The height had no effect on the proportion of abnormal sperm in the semen. RESUMEN El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar el efecto de diferentes inhibidores metabólicos sobre la fermentación alcohólica por dos cepas de Saccharomyces cerevisiae: 7VA y AWRI796. Estos inhibidores se producen durante la hidrólisis de materiales lignocelulósicos para la producción de bioetanol. La levadura 7VA mostró una alta tolerancia a estos inhibidores, sin afectar su producción de etanol. Además, se observaron efectos sobre la producción de glicerina y acetaldehído con o-vainillina y ácido trans-cinámico.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar cuáles son los factores jurídicos que hacen ineficaces las medidas de protección de la ley 30364 dictadas por el Cuarto Juzgado Sub Especializado en Violencia Familiar de la ciudad de Piura en el año 2022, dicha pregunta surgió a raíz que en la actualidad existen elevadas tasas de violencia ejercida contra la mujer o contra cualquiera de los integrantes del grupo familiar. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of changes in prices on food consumption of rural producers in Junin (Peru) in order to verify if there are some differences in food security between farmers who produce quinoa and those who do not. For this purpose, surveys were applied to 277 producers and the data from the National Household Survey (2016) were used to assess the dimensions of food security. It was found that local food has lower elasticity values than foreign one, but the variability of local food prices is higher. In addition, 27.3% of the population does not satisfy the caloric requirements, and that the quinoa consumption is associated with its nutritional value and cultural factors. The macrophages play an important role in the innate and adaptative response. Upon appropriate activation, macrophages released a variety of cytotoxic mediators like the Nitric Oxide (NO). The objective was to evaluate the production of NO for murine peritoneal macrophages cultivated with methanol extracts (ME) of different ecotypes of Lepidium peruvianum Chacón (at present Lepidium meyenii Walp.) red, black, purple and white. The ME was prepared using maca powdered macerated in methanol (1:2) during 10 days. Peritoneal macrophages were obtained of mice 3 days after having injected them 1 ml of thioglycolate broth; they were cultivated for triplicate during 18 hrs at 37 °C in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of three anthelminthic principles commonly used in horses in the Valle de Aburrá, Antioquia (Colombia), using the faecal egg count reduction test (FECTR). A cross-sectional study was carried out in 143 horses with initial counts of >100 eggs per gram of faeces (EPG). Three anthelminthic principles (fenbendazole [FEN], ivermectin [IVM], and pyrantel pamoate [PYR]) were evaluated. It was found that most of those in charge of the animals did not remember the product used in the last deworming (27.9%; 40/143); that the use of IVM (25.2%; 36/143) and FEN (23.1%; 33/143) was common in the study population; and, that the IVM is the active principle with the greatest effectiveness in the study population (82.7%), followed by the PYR (65.8%). Aunque los procesos de aclimatación a largo plazo (días o años) están bien estudiados, se sabe menos sobre los cambios fisiológicos que se producen tras un ascenso rápido. Aprovechamos la geografía del Perú para medir los primeros cambios fisiológicos que se producen tras un rápido transporte desde un entorno de baja a una gran altitud entre los habitantes de las tierras bajas.
