Del largo camino recorrido en el estudio y enseñanza de la Administración podemos dedu­ cir dos cosas: 1. Que muchos de los colegas repiten como una papeleta lexicográfica, que la Administración es «ciencia» y «arte» con una convicción propia de la lectura somera de los autores que escri­ ben sobre el tema. 2.
