El presente trabajo de investigación en Negociaciones e Inversiones Doral S.A.C. Pares y Nones en la ciudad de Cusco, tuvo como objetivo describir como es la Gestión del Talento Humano en dicha empresa; es de tipo básico, nivel descriptivo y de diseño no experimental, la muestra está constituida por 80 trabajadores, de los cuales se recopiló la información a través de la encuesta compuesta de 25 ítems para recoger la percepción a cerca de la gestión del talento humano en la empresa. Este trabajo se ha realizado con la finalidad de conocer el nivel de comprensión de la lectura en los estudiantes del sexto grado de educación primaria; la metodología de la investigación es básica, con nivel descriptivo; en este contexto se ha utilizado un instrumento que contiene 20 preguntas de corte dicotómico que los estudiantes han dado respuesta luego de haber leído un texto que contiene una fábula. Dicho instrumento que es el test de comprensión de la lectura se ha administrado en un tiempo de 45 minutos aproximadamente a un grupo de 19 estudiantes de ambos sexos. Una vez obtenida la información se ha realizado el procesamiento de la información de los datos obtenidos. A study of seroprevalence of caprine arthritis encephalitis virus (CAEV) in a native goat population of an extensive system in the northwest of Yauyos, Lima (Peru) was carried out. Serum samples (n = 533) were collected from adult male and female goats for detection of antibodies against CAEV by agar gel immunodiffusion test. None of the animals were reactors to CAEV indicating that the tested animals were not exposed to the CAEV and suggested a low or absence of the infection in native goats in this area.

The aim of this study was to determine the presence of tetracycline residues in pork in two herds of Lima during 2018. In total, 25 g of meat from the necks of 402 slaughtered pigs were processed. The samples were obtained in the cooling stage and evaluated using the microbiological diffusion technique, confronting the samples against the Bacillus subtilis strain ATCC 6633. Subsequently, the presence of tetracycline was confirmed by the ELISA MaxSignal Tetracycline Test Kit. None of the samples were positive to the microbiological diffusion test. However, 7.32% (6/82) were positive at a tetracycline concentration between 1587 and 5811 ppb. None of the positive samples exceeded the limits allowed in the country.

Se evaluó la capacidad de sanear y eliminar la toxicidad de la carne de alpaca (Vicugna pacos) naturalmente infectada con macroquistes de Sarcocystis aucheniae a través de ahumado en caliente, ahumado en frío, curado húmedo, curado seco, curado húmedo y ahumado, y curado seco y ahumado. Se utilizaron 18 perros de 4-6 meses de edad que consumieron carne (100 macroquistes por animal) previamente tratada con uno de los métodos bajo evaluación. Se prepararon lisados a partir de macroquistes provenientes de carnes tratadas y se inocularon en 18 conejos (100 ìg/kg de peso vivo en forma subcutánea). Hot and cold smoked, dry and wet cured, wet-cured and smoked, and dry-cure and smoked techniques for sanitation and detoxification of alpaca meat naturally infected with macrocysts of Sarcocystis aucheniae were evaluated. Eighteen puppies of 4-6 months of age were fed with the infected and treated alpaca meat (100 macrocysts per puppy). Lysates of macrocysts from treated meats were prepared and inoculated into 18 rabbits (100 μ/kg of body weight, subcutaneously). Furthermore, lysates were boiled (100º C for 10 min) and inoculated into 8 rabbits. Only dogs of the positive control group and the wet cured group eliminated sporocysts after 15 days of ingestion. None of the treatments were able to detoxify alpaca meat infected and rabbits died within 12-27 h post- inoculation of lysates. The heat treatment denatured macrocysts lysates protein and none of the rabbits die after inoculation.

El objetivo del estudio fue diseñar un modelo biomecánico del dígito del equino y su uso en el análisis in vitro de la desmotomía de los ligamentos suspensorios del navicular. Se seleccionaron 10 dígitos anteriores ortopédicamente sanos de caballos criollos, los cuales fueron adaptados a un laboratorio para procedimientos biomecánicos para determinar la tensión de los tendones flexores digitales superficial y profundo (TTFDS y TTFDP) y los cambios biomecánicos del hueso navicular. Objetivo: Determinar el conocimiento y la actitud acerca de la prevención de caries dental en el niño, en médicos residentes de la especialidad troncal de pediatría, de la XI y XVIII Región Sanitaria (Departamento Central y Asunción) del Paraguay, en el año 2015. Materiales y método: Estudio de diseño transversal. Se administró un cuestionario solicitándose datos demográficos y académicos, el cuestionario contó con 10 preguntas sobre conocimiento de caries dental y seis preguntas sobre actitud. Resultados: Participaron 98 médicos residentes de la especialidad de Pediatría. Objective: To determine knowledge and attitude on child dental caries prevention among pediatric interns of XI and XVIII Sanitary Regions (Central and Asuncion Departments) of Paraguay, during 2015. Materials and method: Transversal study. A questionnaire was administered requiring both demographic and academic data, with 10 questions on dental caries knowledge and six question on attitude. Results: Ninety-eight Pediatric interns participated in the study. More than half of participants graduated from private universities (53.06%), they were from Asunción (65.31%), and 68.37% were women. The objective of this study was to design a biomechanical model of the equine digit and its use in the in vitro analysis of the desmotomy of the suspensory ligaments of the navicular. Ten orthopedically healthy anterior digits of Creole horses were collected and adapted to a laboratory for biomechanical procedures to determine the tension of the superficial and deep digital flexor tendons (TTFDS and TTFDP) and the biomechanical changes of the navicular bone. Nowadays, datasets are an essential asset used to train, validate, and test stress detection systems based on machine learning. In this paper, we used two sets of FAIR metrics for evaluating five public datasets for stress detection. Results indicate that all these datasets comply to some extent with the (F)indable, (A)ccessible, and (R)eusable principles, but none with the (I)nteroperable principle these findings contribute to raising awareness on (i) the need for the FAIRness development and improvement of stress datasets, and (ii) the importance of promoting open science in the affective computing community. © 2020 IEEE.

El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar el efecto de suplementar acidificantes a gorrinos ymarranas sobre sus parámetros productivos y de salud. En el primer ensayo se utilizó 360 gorrinos desde los 21 a los 42 días de edad, distribuidos al azar en tres tratamientos: a) grupo control sin acidificante, b) grupo suplementado con acidificante microencapsulado, y c) grupo suplementado con acidificante en polvo.
