In the present article, the necessary conditions are presented for a multivalued function in order to define a Peano selection. To achieve this, a bibliographic review was carried out on general results of compact topological spaces, open and closed sets and continuity. To then address the same topics, but on metric spaces. Next, the theory of multivalued functions was studied, specifically semicontinuity, both superiorly and inferiorly. Finally, using the General Theorem of multivalued functions, the necessary conditions are determined for the multivalued function, F : [0, 1]-->[0, 1] × [0, 1] to admit the construction of the selection of Peano.

This paper highlights the need to examine the role of a constituent assembly within a democratic and constitutional system. To this end, a detailed analysis of the issue is undertaken on the basis of doctrine and constitutional history. It is concluded that the purpose of a constituent assembly is to establish a constituent power and to reform the constitution. Constituent power is the ability of a society to create or reform fundamental rights and the structure of government. Thus, the Constituent Assembly is the way in which the people exercise this power with the aim of amending the existing constitution or creating a new one. Dyslexia is a disorder in the written use of language due to visuospatial weakness in the perception of linguistic forms. This paper postulates that a possible functional characterization of the deficits of a linguistic nature in patient speakers who present dyslexia when a full acquisition of reading and writing is not yet assumed will favor both the diagnosis and the intervention proposal. To demonstrate this hypothesis, we study the case of two twin patient-speakers who share the diagnosis of dyslexia, with the aim of checking the genetic-hereditary nature of the pathology and proposing specific therapies based on linguistic functional analysis. Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) sigue siendo uno de los patógenos más mortales a nivel mundial, a pesar de ser una enfermedad prevenible. La tuberculosis (TB) se trata con una combinación de cuatro medicamentos antituberculosos de primera línea: rifampicina (RIF), isoniacida, pirazinamida y etambutol, para cepas sensibles a los medicamentos. Entre estos, la RIF es uno de los agentes más potentes para controlar la enfermedad. Sin embargo, la resistencia a la RIF conlleva la aparición de casos de TB resistente a la RIF (RR-TB) o multidrogo resistente (MDR-TB). This work presents within the framework of a mediatically starred scenario, the influence of VIH/Sida news coverage from Limean newspapers on the agenda and the perceptions of both male and female young students of a public university. In the first place, the agenda setting function about the Limean newspaper influence over the university students will be studied. This will be done to know the process of transference of issue salience of the media agenda to the public agenda, moreover to how the frecuency of VIH/Sida ítems published by the newspapers influences the students. However, the influence of the media is larger. In second place, it will be studied the influence over the perceptions’: about the gravity of the infection by VIH/Sida and then, about the risk of getting this condition.

The information and communication technologies applied in labor relations have a series of constitutional implications on the limits of the use of the power of management, of which there have been different pronouncements, hence the academic interest. In order to develop this topic, we have resorted to the doctrine and, from a practical point of view to the Constitutional Court Rulings and Supreme Court Cassations. The article then deals with a brief introduction, followed by some general concepts on the power of direction, which is broken down into three powers: Regulatory Power, Supervisory Power and Sanctioning Power, including in each section the analysis and notes to the various case law cases.

The patrimonial responsibility of the State is an issue belonging to the general part of administrative law. In Peruvian law, this institution does not have a clear and deep theoretical development as the civil liability system applied in private law does. Through this paper, the author outlines some generic considerations on the foundations of the duty to compensate by the Public Administration, generated when, in the exercise of its legally attributed powers, it causes injuries to the legally protected interests of the administered. Thus, the purpose of this work is to establish an approximation at the national headquarters on the theory of the patrimonial responsibility of the State, without prejudice to recognizing the influence of some institutions of private law.
