The present article is an international review or state of the art that analyzed more than seventy texts of studies and interventions of information and communication technologies for development and social change with the objective of identifying tendencies, in particular those that had the specific purpose of youth development. In the results of this systematization stands out the discussions around the concept of development, the predominance of works in marginalized communities, and the need to orient this field towards situated users and problems, as is the case of young people, a topic that has been less attended.

El presente trabajo realiza un análisis integral del video institucional Young Lives: evidence informing legislative change to ban child marriage in Peru, producido por Niños del Milenio y la Universidad de Oxford como herramienta para comunicar evidencia y destacar su influencia en la modificación de la ley que prohíbe las uniones tempranas en el Perú. En este documento, informamos sobre un estudio a largo plazo sobre la pobreza infantil que está llevando a cabo Young Lives en Perú y examinamos cómo la pobreza interviene en una multitud de otros riesgos en la vida de los niños. Ofrecemos tres argumentos principales en relación con las experiencias de riesgo de los niños en nuestra muestra. El primero es que el riesgo no es simplemente una característica de la infancia 'extraordinaria' y 'extraordinaria' circunstancias, sino también una parte integral de la vida cotidiana, "ordinaria" en la que los jóvenes negociar desafíos múltiples e interactivos. Education is a fundamental right recognized in the Constitution and in national and international regulations. However, this paper mainly considers elementary and high schools, as it is one of the spaces where children and adolescents grow throughout fourteen years of their lives.From adolescent voices’ perspective, the foundation of education is based on the results of the Young Voice Peru Survey (adolescent voices) applied by Save the Children Peru and the Young Voice Peru 2017 Report. Scheme therapy is an integrated psychotherapy which mixes elements from cognitive and behavior therapy, Attachment theory, Gestalt, constructivist and dynamic elements. Young has developed the Scheme therapy during the last 20 years, from the casuistic of the ones who share his approaches. Sobre la base de información cualitativa, el capítulo muestra cómo diferentes factores llevan a las mujeres jóvenes a iniciar una convivencia o matrimonio antes de la mayoría de edad. A través de las experiencias de tres mujeres que empezaron a convivir antes de los 18 años en el Perú, los autores muestran cómo es la vida para ellas, las inequidades en las relaciones de poder que enfrentan en su vida diaria y qué tan lejanas de la realidad están sus esperanzas y aspiraciones actuales. The intersubjective theory that Sartre proposed in Being and Nothingness contends that human encounters are necessarily reifying. The author proposes that one of the constitutive theoretical elements of this pessimistic view of human encounters is Sartre’s conception of affectivity as a degradation of consciousness. The author explores this vision of affection that Sartre initially developed in his essay Outline of a Theory of Emotions, and concludes that it was this mode of understanding affectivity that later decisively influenced his contention in Being and Nothingness that the essence of human relations is conflict.

Young Lives: Un estudio internacional sobre la pobreza en la infancia tiene como objetivo mejorar nuestra comprensión de las causas y consecuencias de la pobreza infantil en el mundo en desarrollo, e informar las políticas para reducirla. En cada uno de los cuatro países en desarrollo, una encuesta longitudinal seguirá a niños cada tres años hasta los 15 años. En Perú, el proyecto es implementado por tres organizaciones, el Instituto de Investigación de Nutrición (IIN), el Grupo de Análisis para el Desarrollo (GRADE) y Save The Children UK (SC Reino Unido).

Self-medication is a latent problem in our society. It is the own initiative or decision to take drugs, the consumption of drugs regardless of their origin, or medical prescription1,2. This has been increasing and has become a phenomenon that is highly studied by researchers. Thus, in pre-pandemic times, self-medication was a considerable problem in several countries, although with differences between countries in Europe and Latin America. So we have, in Spain3; The National Health System announced that in 2017 15.3% of people self-medicate. Also, in Mexico4; 86% consume medications without a doctor's prescription.

The first difficulty we encounter in studying young people as a social phenomenon is that there is no theoretical agreement that limits and characterizes the phenomenon in such a way that it can be defined, both in its peculiarities and in the complexity that its reality demands. If we review the different approaches with which the youth phenomenon has been studied, we first see the psychological —medical— approach, where the youth is studied as a set of psychological reactions to certain biological changes experienced in adolescence.

From that location, he describes the relationship he had with different members of the Nine hundred generation, who recognized him as theirmaster and incarnation of the national soul. La Nota Técnica 18 presenta un análisis inicial de parte de la información cualitativa recogida en cuatro de los 20 distritos de Niños del Milenio en el Perú, entre agosto y diciembre del 2007. La recolección de datos se realizó con los dos grupos o cohortes de los niños que sigue el estudio Niños del Milenio: la cohorte menor, integrada por niñas y niños de cinco a seis años de edad en el 2007, y la cohorte mayor, conformada por niños y niñas de 11 a 13 años de edad.
