The author develops a proposal concerning drug consumption prevention in the early childhood by introducing factors such as family, school, friends, risk and protection, he concludes that a quality education centered on an integral education of all the dimensions and potentialities of children, young people and adults offered in a articulated way by the family, school and society, shall constitute the most effective process to strengthen factors avoiding those risk factors.

Scheme therapy is an integrated psychotherapy which mixes elements from cognitive and behavior therapy, Attachment theory, Gestalt, constructivist and dynamic elements. Young has developed the Scheme therapy during the last 20 years, from the casuistic of the ones who share his approaches. The Scheme therapy comes up as a good alternative to those patients who suffers consolidated chronic psychological disorders, considered difficult to treat, including patientswith TP and those who have significant characterological aspects that constitute the disorder basis of Axis 1 Disorders.

With the passing of years, the mental health has taken greater importance, now there are institutions that promote activities or events in favor for the mental well-being of people. Although there are alternatives since several years ago, such as counseling and guidance, this type of care has served to connect with technology, becoming virtual psychological clinics, for people who can´t attend a consultation “face to face”. In our country there are these kinds of support that is supported by “Universia”, and attended by a team of Unife´s psychologists, from about ten years ago, where people continue attending to communicate their consultation motive and waiting for a response that lead and guide to find some type of alternative to improve their difficulty.
