This research is based on the problem of communication observed in the Academic Office of Research of the UCV: Universidad César Vallejo Campus Chiclayo (AOR-UCVCH), facing such a situation, it was suggested hypothetically that a proposal of organization and control model, focusing on a manual of procedures which overcomes such problem. For this purpose, it was worked with a population composed of 1 820 registered students in the 16 professional schools at Universidad César Vallejo Campus Chiclayo, taking a sample of 406 students from 1st to 10th period of studies. The student’s ages oscillate between 16 and 29 years; to which it was applied a questionnaire to collect information about communication process that occurs at AORUCV- CH, serving as a diagnostic on quality of service that is offered and thus to formulate the proposal. Theoretical information was added to the questionnaire...

The main objective of this research was to propose a management model based on transformational leadership to improve the quality of university processes. It was attended by all managers (10 participants), administrative workers (7 participants), teachers (164 teachers) and students (340 participants) who belong to the different Professional Schools of the Private University Filial Chiclayo. A quasi-experimental study was made. The results obtained show that after having analyzed the components of the university process and having made a 360 ° assessment in relation to the leadership of the managers, it is necessary to apply a management model with a certain type of leadership, which according to the theory It should be based on the type of transformational leadership. This type of management model has contributed to improving the quality of the processes of the aforementioned universit...

Our research team, in collaboration with the company Grupo Interlab, S.A. (Madrid), has been involved in an ambitious project for several years that has brought to the market an optoelectronic instrument for environmental and industrial analysis and control. The multichannel system uses optical fiber sensors and biosensors based on specific indicators resulting from molecular and photochemical engineering of luminescent Ru(II) complexes. In this way, a novel device has been achieved capable of simultaneously monitoring optically, in situ and continuously, various essential parameters in water quality and industrial processes (oxygen, temperature, pH, ammonium, BOD, hydrocarbons, detergents and pesticides). carbamate type) by simply changing the sensitive terminal located at the end of the optical fiber, since all the custom-made indicators are excited by the same light and emit luminesce...

In order to modernize public management, in the last century, some management models have begun to be applied to achieve their objectives, such as Process Management that conceives the organization as an interrelated system; in addition, it seeks to generate value in products and services that meet customer needs through continuous improvement. On the other hand, there is the Quality Management System, that aims to pursue the objectives, increase the competitiveness of the organization and achieve customer satisfaction; it can be implemented by different models; this article will address the International Standard ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems, which has as one of its principles the approach to processes that promote continuous improvement of the product or service. This article aims to theoretically base the influence of ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems on Process Management ...

In the present work are defined the steps to follow in order to determine the critical quality attributes in a manufacturing process of a pharmaceutical product. Analyzing the impact and criticality of each of the manufacturing operations in the quality of the product and defining the critical attributes to control. According to the results obtained, it was decided to apply NIR spectroscopy as an alternative to conventional methods to quickly control the critical attributes during the manufacturing process of a powder for suspension. The objective is to build the quality of the final product, controlling critical quality attributes of intermediate products in the same process by applying Process Analytical Technology (PAT).

This study proposes a model to improve identity registration service and correlates this service to the process quality and technology by means of structural equations using SPSS and AMOS. To reinforce the analysis of the information obtained from documents and records of the processes of identity registration, a 21 question survey was given to citizens coming to 1 of 16 regional headquarters, from which it was possible to demonstrate through structural equations, the existence of a strong relationship between the three variables: process quality, technology and service improvement.

Due to the importance of raising the academic performance of students in the regular basic education at the secondary level, the work presented in this paper is developed in the framework of Quality Systems for the Management of ICT. The model has developed an implementation guide that allows properly follow procedures for diagnosis and improvement activities. It is based on the Model Cycle Demming Continuous Improvement (PDCA) and the Self-Assessment Standard ISO 9004.2009 also comprehensively considers the processes and strategies of teaching in educational institutions and the educational model of the country. The planning and implementation of self-assessment will reveal what level of maturity is the institution with respect to the management of ICT, to finally act through improvement activities seeking to correct nonconformities to reach the level of maturity No. 1 or the next level...

The objective of this study was to define a technology package, in order to provide an inventory of the technologies used during the processing of the Peruvian green coffee with specialty coffee qualities to export, supported by a technological management perspective. The methodology relied on a technology package construction, by identifying, describing and quantifying four of its components, based on a systematic literature review, and five professional’s endorsements; each of them knowledgeable of the technologies used in agricultural products processing. Here, semi-structured interviews (Massachusetts Institute of Technology protocol) were used. As a result, a technology package was obtained with 79 generic technologies, 76 of these are involved during the processing activities, which develop physical, sensorial and cultural specialty coffee qualities, valuable for foreign markets....

This paper examines how implementing an Engineering Processes Laboratory (extrinsic factors) led to the non-dissatisfaction of Industrial Engineering students with the quality of teaching in said course. The study used the factor 10-SINEACE (National System of Evaluation, Accreditation and Certification of Educational Quality) and Herzberg’s theory to measure this impact. This measurement was performed on a representative sample of students of the Engineering Processes course through a laboratory test. Data was collected on the laboratory equipment requirements and students’ needs and was then analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U statistical test. The results showed that the teaching quality was “not dissatisfactory”, providing statistical evidence of the positive impact of the Engineering Process Laboratory.
