Today it is difficult for an SME to apply the Quality Models and proposed tests such as CMMI, TMMi,, TMap, IEEE Standard referring to the process of V & V, this primarily by: 1) the degree of complexity,; 2) cost constraints that SMEs do not have enough money to hire market specialists that can provide the directives they need or 3) simply because of the ignorance that exists about the benefits obtained. The present research has as main objective to develop a methodological framework Process Verification and Validation adjusted for socioeconomic reality of SME. The framework was applied to the project Inventory Control System of the Company QBOSS SAC, the initial situation of the company was analyzed, then the methodological framework developed was applied, and finally the results were positive for the organization.

Due to the importance of raising the academic performance of students in the regular basic education at the secondary level, the work presented in this paper is developed in the framework of Quality Systems for the Management of ICT. The model has developed an implementation guide that allows properly follow procedures for diagnosis and improvement activities. It is based on the Model Cycle Demming Continuous Improvement (PDCA) and the Self-Assessment Standard ISO 9004.2009 also comprehensively considers the processes and strategies of teaching in educational institutions and the educational model of the country. The planning and implementation of self-assessment will reveal what level of maturity is the institution with respect to the management of ICT, to finally act through improvement activities seeking to correct nonconformities to reach the level of maturity No. 1 or the next level...

This paper describes the implementation of a tool for automated generation of user stories from a graphical model. The objective-oriented modeling approach is applied, which uses the notation i*. The main rationale is that the business objective is not the one that changes, but the ways in which it can be achieved. Once the requirements are compiled through this model, user stories are generated automatically for later traceability. These comply with the basic standard proposed in agile methodologies ensuring that, when arriving at the hands of the developer, there are no ambiguities in either of the two perspectives: graphical and narrative.
