La Tesis “Sistema de Gestión de Calidad Según ISO 9001:2015 para mejorar los procesos de capacitación, Universidad Nacional de San Martín – Tarapoto 2018”, desarrollado con el objetivo de diseñar un Sistema de Gestión de la calidad basado en ISO 9001:2015, considerando 14 meses como tiempo máximo para la investigación siendo su desarrollo en el distrito de Tarapoto, departamento de San Martín. Se fundamenta el trabajo en la norma ISO 9001:2015, ley Universitaria 3020, la Política Nacional de Modernización de la Gestión Pública y los reglamentos internos de la institución.
