In the present work are defined the steps to follow in order to determine the critical quality attributes in a manufacturing process of a pharmaceutical product. Analyzing the impact and criticality of each of the manufacturing operations in the quality of the product and defining the critical attributes to control. According to the results obtained, it was decided to apply NIR spectroscopy as an alternative to conventional methods to quickly control the critical attributes during the manufacturing process of a powder for suspension. The objective is to build the quality of the final product, controlling critical quality attributes of intermediate products in the same process by applying Process Analytical Technology (PAT).

The determination by means of near infrared spectroscopy of critical quality attributes, of interest for the industrial manufacture of pharmaceutical solids, is studied here in order to apply this new methodology more quickly and efficiently as an alternative to conventional methods. The mixing process of the components of an effervescent formula is studied in order to determine the final mixing time in a fast and reliable way, as well as the humidity in intermediate granules of chewable tablets. The objective is to build the quality of the final product, controlling critical quality attributes of intermediate products during the same process by applying Process Analytical Technology (PAT).

Objetivo: Este estudio tuvo como objetivo examinar la relación entre la implantación de la atención farmacéutica y la satisfacción de los usuarios externos en Laboratorios Biosana. Metodología: Se adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, utilizando un método hipotético-deductivo con un diseño no experimental y transversal. El estudio incluyó un total de 120 participantes, que completaron un cuestionario estructurado evaluando dimensiones clave como planificación, infraestructura, calidad, accesibilidad, seguimiento terapéutico e interacción.
