The objective of the research was to establish the correlation that exists between the strategic direction and the institutional climate in the teachers of the Javier Pulgar Vidal Educational Institution, Utao 2019. The research level was correlational, and the applied type, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population was represented by all the teachers of the Javier Pulgar Vidal de Utao Educational Institution where the on-site sampling was carried out, being made up of 23 teachers. The instrument used was a survey and its instrument a questionnaire, validated by experts in the educational area, obtaining a reliability of 0.966 according to Cronbach's Alpha. One of the trends in public educational institutions is to establish the relationship between institutional climate and educational quality, and this is the objective of this study. A quantitative approach using a hypothetical deductive method, ordinal design, correlational descriptive design, and cross-sectional analysis allows us to obtain the results through descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using SPSS version 25. We used a sample of 24 teachers, and data collection was conducted using a survey technique and a Likert-scale questionnaire for comparison. The results show that the relationship is accepted, as the sigma of significance is .000 and the correlation coefficient is .916 for the general hypothesis.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between institutional pedagogical monitoring and the quality of teaching performance in educational institutions. It is an investigation that corresponds to the Positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive level and correlational design. El presente trabajo de investigación tenía como objetivo fundamental determinar la relación entre la prevalencia de la teoría del caos y la percepción de la calidad de gestión institucional en los docentes y directivos del Instituto de Educación Superior Pedagógico Público de Pomabamba – Ancash, Perú. The main objective of the research was to determine the differences in the spatial notion in 5-year old children of a public educational institution and a private educational institution. The study refers to the notions of space in the framework of a constructive and relational process with its environment. It is a quantitative methodology, non-experimental design, comparative and transactional descriptive level. We worked with a sample of 105 5-year-old children using an observation guide as a data collection instrument that was duly validated and has high reliability. After data collection and statistical analysis, it is concluded that there are differences in the spatial notion in 5-year-old children of a Public Educational Institution and a Private Educational Institution, Lima - 2019. Objective. To establish the relationship between resistance to change level and teaching performance level. Methods. An observational, prospective, cross-sectional, correlational study was carried out at Educational Institution La Inmaculada Concepción de Huanuco, during the 2018 period, comprised of 32 teachers. Instrument used was the resistance to change questionnaire and the teaching performance questionnaire. Data analysis consisted of Spearman’s Rho correlation test. This research study sought to explain the influence of eco-efficiency with environmental education on the students of high schools located in Tingo María, capital of Rupa Rupa district, Leoncio Prado province in Huánuco, 2017.
