School coexistence constitutes a fundamental element in the comprehensive training of students. This is why the Ministry of Education (MINEDU) alludes to the need to build harmonious and balanced human relationships between all members of the educational community as a shared responsibility. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar si existe relación entre la gestión educativa y la convivencia escolar en estudiantes de Secundaria de la I.E. N.º 22234-Santiago Calle Santos, de Chincha, 2024. El diseño de estudió es no experimental transversal.
