Es de gran importancia por su alto contenido de proteínas, carbohidratos, vitaminas y sales minerales en la alimentación humana y animal; por tratarse de una leguminosa, fija el nitrógeno atmosférico mediante las bacterias del género Rhizobium. Además, por su rusticidad es un cultivo poco problemático presentando tolerancia a las heladas, por otra parte, es un cultivo rentable por su bajo costo de producción, y por su cualidad de poder ser utilizado como abono verde para ser incorporado en terrenos pobres y como forraje en el alimento del ganado. This study evaluates the feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation of the BIM methodology in improving the management of construction projects in construction companies in Peru.
