Objetivo: La rinosinusitis fúngica (FRS) es una enfermedad causada mayormente por el Aspergillus sp., el cual invade frecuentemente el seno maxilar y se manifiesta con diferentes cuadros clínicos. Se clasifica como invasivo y no invasivo; donde esta última se subdivide en bola fúngica y rinosinusitis fúngica alérgica. Reporte de caso: presentamos un caso de rinosinusitis fúngica no invasiva en una paciente inmunocompetente, donde se observan imágenes endoscópicas y radiológicas de bola fúngica en el seno maxilar. Discusión: Es resaltante debido a la dificultad que representa su diagnóstico en la consulta de atención primaria, no sólo por su baja prevalencia, sino también por la presentación atípica del mismo.

Objetive: Compare the required calories and calories consumed in university students of the Faculty of Medicine of the Catholic University Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo, 2018. The Study. Descriptive, cross-sectional study. A 24-hour reminder was applied to evaluate the amount of kilocalories ingested by students, designed by the National strategy of the Ministry of Health. Findings. 212 students from the schools of Human Medicine, Dentistry, Psychology and Nursing were interviewed; 62.7% were female and 37.3% were male. The average age was: 18.7 years ± 1.55. Objetive: Identify factors associated with satisfaction in the first level of care. Material and Methods: Cross-sectional study using the SERVQUAL survey to measure overall satisfaction and dimensions. Prevalence ratios (PR) were estimated using generalized linear models. Results: Of 120 respondents, 27.5% reported satisfaction. Female sex (RPa: 0.57, IC95%: 0.32-0.99), young (RPa: 0.33, IC95%: 0.19-0.60), adult (RPa: 0.33, IC95%: 0.19-0.60), older adult (RPa: 0.46, 95% CI: 0.28-0.76) and having SIS insurance (RPa: 0.68, 95% CI: 0.57-0.81) were negatively associated to satisfaction. Introduction: In Peru, the number of nurses has increased fourfold, and is the biggest professional group in the health sector; however, there would be factors that contribute with wage discrimination in the labor market. Objective: identify factors for labor discrimination in Peruvian nurses. Material and methods: A secondary analysis of the "National Survey of University Graduates and Universities 2014" was conducted. Probabilistic, stratified, single-stage and independent sample in each selected university included 548 nurses. Multivariate analysis was performed using logistic regression and the adjusted odds ratio (aOR) was obtained with its 95% confidence interval (95% CI) and Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness of fit test. Objetive: to determine the relationship between limited joint mobility (LJM) of the hand and the presence of atheroma plaques in the carotid arteries of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2). Material and methods: 80 patients with DM2, in two groups (40 with LJM and 40 without LJM), between 40 and 80 years. LJM was diagnosed with a positive prayer maneuver. Using B-mode ultrasonography of the carotid arteries, atheromatous plaques were classified according to the Gray-Weale Scale. Objetive: Describe the clinical-epidemiological characteristics and the microbiological profile of the IAAS of the Base Hospital Almanzor Aguinaga Asenjo. Information was obtained from the data sheets of patients included in the point prevalence studies in the 2014 II, 2015 I-IV and 2016 I-II periods, obtained from the Office of Sanitary Intelligence. Introduction: The lesions of the ampulla of Vater represents around 0,5 % of gastrointestinal neoplasms. Case report: Symptoms are not specific, so its diagnostic is incidental. The biopsy of the ampulla of Vater has a false - negative of 60 % for adenocarcinoma, for that reason all adenomas ones the diagnosticated must be resected, because of the high risk of malignancy; having a survival of 67 % at five years. Conclusion: We report the case of a patient with an adenoma in the ampulla of Vater who underwent endoscopic papilectomy.

Introduction: Intraosseous lipomas are primary bone tumors described as rare or infrequent that may occur in different ways depending on the degree of evolution, which makes it difficult to be diagnosed when confused with other lesions such as cysts or bone infarctions.
