Introduction: Patients with the SARS-CoV2 virus are hospitalized for pneumonia and acute respiratory failure. Hypercoagulability, micro and macro thrombosis appear in them. The severe increase in D-dimer has led to the use of thromboprophylaxis with doses higher than the standard with controversial results. The present article aims to guide the physician in a rational thromboprophylaxis to reduce thrombotic complications and avoid bleeding associated with anticoagulation and underlying disease. The results of randomized controlled clinical trials for optimal management of the hypercoagulable state are awaited.

Introducción: Los pacientes infectados por el virus SARS-CoV2 son hospitalizados por neumonía e insuficiencia respiratoria aguda. En ellos aparecen hipercoagulabilidad, micro y macro trombosis. El severo incremento del dímero D ha llevado al uso de tromboprofilaxis con dosis mayores a la estándar con resultados controversiales. El presente artículo tiene el objetivo de orientar al médico en una tromboprofilaxis racional para reducir las complicaciones trombóticas y evitar las hemorragias asociadas a la anticoagulación y a la enfermedad de fondo. Se esperan los resultados de los ensayos clínicos controlados aleatorizados para el manejo óptimo del estado hipercoagulable.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a highly communicable acute respiratory infection, which has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization. In accordance with government policies for health prevention and social isolation, the virtuality of the entire education system was approved, including careers with a strong practical component such as health sciences; which led to the adaptation of study plans and programs, as well as the immersion of the use of virtual platforms, generating a discovery of new forms of learning both in the theoretical and practical areas, however, at the same time, certain repercussions were generated in practical and psychomotor skills and abilities; also opening a gap between inequality in access to technologies.

Research priorities are a fundamental component of national health research systems. In the year 2021, the National Institute of Health led the process of identifying the "national research priorities in COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) and other respiratory viruses with pandemic potential: Preparing for the next pandemic, 2022-2026”. The process was developed following the previous methodology for identification of research priorities used by the Instituto Nacional de Salud (Perú), which was to be adapted to a virtual environment, with four phases. La pandemia producida a finales del 2019 (COVID-19) causada por el virus SARS-CoV- 2 condujo a la búsqueda de potenciales inhibidores del SARS-CoV-2 para el tratamiento de la enfermedad. El objetivo principal de la presente tesis es el emplear técnicas in silico además de principios de Química Medicinal para diseñar complejos de Ga candidatos a inhibidores de la proteasa Mpro (blanco), proteína esencial en la replicación del virus. A partir de un inhibidor conocido (N3) de la proteasa Mpro (PDB ID 6LU7) se realizaron modificaciones estructurales empleando una lista de fragmentos bioisósteros, obteniéndose estructuras modificadas de N3 (ligandos), los que fueron prepararon en Google Colaboratory. Background: Obesity in children and adolescents has increased exponentially around the world. Furthermore, the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a higher pediatric obesity rate. The excess adipose tissue generates a dysregulation of adiponectin, ghrelin, and leptin, among others. Metabolic alterations can develop cardiovascular disease, dyslipidemias, arterial hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, sleep disorders, and higher risk of COVID-19 severity. Obesity has different therapeutic approaches such as behavioral weight loss programs, pharmacologic treatments, and surgical procedures. Therefore, timely diagnosis and treatment are important to decrease the mortality in obesity among pediatric population.

RESUMEN La presente investigación aborda el efecto de la aplicación de un programa de mejora de procesos en el nivel de fidelización de clientes de una entidad financiera de Cajamarca. Es decir que se trata de evidenciar como ciertos procesos, al ser rediseñados o mejorados, repercuten en la fidelización generando un vínculo más fuerte entre la entidad financiera y el cliente. El estudio fue realizado a través de un T de studen pareada la misma que consistió cruzar los resultados del pre test con el pos test, luego de la aplicación del programa de mejora de procesos.
