El objetivo de la presente tesis Doctoral fue establecer de qué manera un modelo de gobernanza para Blockchain mediante BPM orientado a los procesos inter-organizacionales mejora el nivel de confianza del usuario y el nivel de alineación estratégica de los procesos inter-organizacionales. Los tipos de investigación abordados fueron: aplicada, descriptiva, relacional y transversal. El diseño de investigación fue no experimental, descriptivo y correlacional. La técnica para la recolección de datos aplicó la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario, cuya población estuvo conformada por 10 empresas locales. This article addresses the relationship between the Process and the Constitution. For this purpose, it is explained what is the object of study of the Procedural Law, and which is the litigation model adopted in article 139 of the Peruvian Constitution, why this model is about a system with its own autonomy and substantivity and not about a subsystem, and how Civil Law and Common Law converging in this model. Furthermore, the author establishes, based on the Constitution, the reason why the existing procedural guarantees in our legal system do not imply a “right to a right decision”, but only the right to a fair process, and explains the difference between “fair process” and “justice” or “judicial truth”.

This research is based on the problem of communication observed in the Academic Office of Research of the UCV: Universidad César Vallejo Campus Chiclayo (AOR-UCVCH), facing such a situation, it was suggested hypothetically that a proposal of organization and control model, focusing on a manual of procedures which overcomes such problem. El estudio tuvo como objeto determinar la influencia de la gestión de procesos implementada por una empresa de baños sauna, ubicada en Huancayo – Perú, en la calidad de su servicio. El estudio fue básico, mixto, alcance descriptivo y diseño correlacional causal. En el componente cuantitativo, la gestión de procesos fue medida con una escala Likert, la evaluación de la calidad del servicio se hizo por medio del modelo ServPerf. Se consideraron dos poblaciones, 40 clientes externos y tres clientes internos. En el componente cualitativo, se aplicaron fichas de observación a 14 empresas competidoras y guías de entrevista a cinco expertos en Marketing. The objective of this work has been to analyze and simulate the interactions of atmospheric and hydrological processes using the WRF Model (Weather Research and Forecasting) in Peru for the year 2014. SENAMHI records precipitation data through a meteorological network found distributed in almost all the Peruvian territory. Due to precipitation has a high spatial variability and to the scarcity of rain gauges, the use of TRMM images was used to estimate precipitation and the WRF atmospheric model to analyze the interactions of atmospheric and hydrological processes during different periods and considering the cumulus parameterizations (Kain-Fritsch scheme, KF) and microphysics (Thompson scheme). The present study aims to integrate resilience concepts within the context of a theoretical model for child maltreatment, the ecological model, as well as to describe risks and protective factors leading to a better interaction as a dynamic process. Thinking deeply about maltreatment from the point of view of resilience implies focusing on the serious consequences it produces, as well as on the assessment of children’s resources to continue growing and developing despite the risks. We may promote children’s potential by understanding resilience within a child maltreatment framework based on this model (interactional, bidirectional and reciprocal).

In the present work, a mathematical model is developed which involves the equations of fluid mechanics and the energy equation to determine the temperature field of the liquid steel that enters a container to solidify, a situation commonly found in production processes of steel today. Using mathematical techniques, a simplified equation of the energy equation is obtained in which a non-dimensional parameter Pe, the Peclet number, allows to evaluate the transport of the heat by convection to the transmission by diffusion occurred in the mold that contains liquid steel. This article describes a technique that uses innovation tools for process improvement aimed at providing new and better ways to apply methodologies, such as PDCA, Six Sigma, kaizen and jidoka, among others, that are currently used in companies. To this end, tools that involve employees of companies whose processes are not reaching the strategic objectives will be used. This methodology consists of six steps: the first three are focused on the definition, measurement and analysis of the problem, while the next three address the design, tests, and implementation and control of the solution. This tool seeks breakthrough results for companies during the process of analysis and implementation of improvements that result from applying the methodology described herein. Using the case method, the proposed methodology is applied to a real case and its results are validated.

El presente trabajo permitió diseñar un modelo de gestión denominado “Modelo de Gestión “Business Process Management” para mejorar los Resultados del Centro de salud de Morales de la Red San Martín, 2020”.
