Objective: Describe the effectiveness of primary maternal health care through the budget program 0002 Maternal Neonatal Health, with the participation of the local government level. Material and methods: The programming and budget execution of the activity was analyzed: Municipal actions that promote sexual and reproductive health with emphasis on healthy motherhood. To evaluate the effectiveness, result indicators of the budget program were considered that are linked to the functions of the local government level within the framework of the Organic Law of Municipalities. The study was pre experimental with pre and post test design. The sample was 44 workers determined by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The objective of the research was to improve the level of knowledge of preventive techniques in oral health through the Educational Program called "Healthy mouths, happy faces" in children under 5 in vulnerable situations in Puno (Peru). Study was experimental, longitudinal and prospective with pre and posttest using educational and communicative method. The simplified Greene-Vermillion index and a validated questionnaire called "Oral Health for Parents" were used to evaluate oral hygiene in children. Reality shows us that sexuality education is being addressed poorly either because it is reduced to mere genitality, giving a biological or cultural approach, or because governments aim to provide young people in schools a purely instrumental sex education bringing as a result a trivialization of sexuality in adolescents. Objective. To evaluate the effectiveness of an ocular health education program on healthy behaviors related to myopia progression in fifth- and sixth-grade primary school children in 2023. Methods: An analytical, quasi-experimental, longitudinal, and prospective study was conducted. The independent variable was the educational program, while the dependent variable was healthy behaviors regarding myopia progression. The sample consisted of 116 primary school students, divided into an intervention group and a control group. Objective. Demonstrate the effectiveness of educational intervention in improving healthy lifestyles and self-care for adult women in the glass of milk program of the Municipality of Pillcomarca, Huánuco, Peru. Methods. We worked with a quasi-experimental design of pre and post test of a single group, whose sample was 26 women leaders. Before and after the intervention, the evaluation tests were applied to measure healthy lifestyles and self-care. Results. Regarding the results found before the educational intervention, 57.7% had unhealthy lifestyles, decreasing in the post-test to 7.7%; while in relation to healthy lifestyles, 46.2% in the pre-test increased to 92.3% in the post-test. Noncommunicable Chronic Diseases (CNCD) are long-term conditions and their evolution is slow. Currently the number of cases is on the rise and represent the leading cause of death worldwide. The treatments are usually complex and if the population does not begin to take responsibility, taking into account the healthy habits, the consequences will be greater for the health systems. For this reason, a program based on the Primary Health Care approach was prepared, submitted to expert analysis and a pretest-posttest design research was established in the municipalities located in the Toluca Valley, in the center of the country with 188 patients with CNCD.

Objective: To determine the effectiveness of the social dentistry program (POS) and its relationship with the oral health knowledge of teachers, parents and caregivers in six schools in Lima and Huancayo. Material and Methods: The study was prospective, longitudinal and explanatory. Where knowledge of oral health, oral health status, age, sex and educational level were considered. The sample consisted of students between the ages of 11 and 12, teachers and caregivers who attended the six public schools. A description of the phases developed, the strategies used, and the alliances built for their implementation will be presented. For that purpose, a review of secondary sources and interviews to key players as primary sources were made. The project considered the prevention and health promotion paradigms as complementary ones.
