Objective: To establish the relationship between the nutritional status of the child and the social factors of the family. Methods: Non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 140 children subject to inclusion and exclusion criteria. A structured questionnaire with acceptable validity and reliability was used through the survey; later, through observation, a clinical record was applied with inter-observer calibration with adequate concordance for the calculation of the Body Mass Index (BMI). Main Results: Social factors such as separated marital status and secondary education level and their relationship with the child's overweight show a statistical significance of 0.026 and 0.017 respectively. Determina los factores sociales y culturales de la prevención de obesidad en niños de 5 a 9 años según los padres de familia de la Institución Educativa Horacio Zeballos Gamez, Santa Anita – 2021. El estudio es de tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo, nivel aplicativo y de corte trasversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 94 padres de familia sometidos a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La técnica fue la encuesta; el instrumento, un cuestionario estructurado, con validez y confiabilidad aceptable. Del 100% (94) de padres de familia, el 91% (86) presenta factores sociales para la prevención de obesidad infantil, mientras que, el 9% (8) ausencia. Así mismo, el 100% (94) de los encuestados presentan factores culturales para la prevención de esta enfermedad. Objective: Determine the effectiveness of a cognitive preventive program with recommendations for the mental health care of nurses, in the context of COVID-19, according to the Technical Guide of the Ministry of Health, 2021. Methods: Quantitative, pre-experimental approach, with a pre-test and post-test type test design in a single group, cross-sectional. Sample: 129 nurses. Technique: survey. Instrument: structured questionnaire, with acceptable validity and reliability.
