The main objective of the study is to determine the relationship between Intellectual Capital Knowledge Management mainly in the area of teaching and research at the Universidad National Mayor de San Marcos 2008-2010. To achieve the objective were used for analysis and synthesis methods and technique was applied to a sample survey of 100 professors of engineering and social sciences faculties and interviewed experts. The results indicate that the intellectual capital within the framework of knowledge management in universities is a matter of great importance as an essential resource for innovation and competitiveness and productivity demands imposed by the dynamics of the globalized world is not no substantive relationship between human capital, structural capital and relational capital in college, which is why there is greater productivity in innovation, research and development (IDI).

We analyze the indicators through which society perceives Lima is fragmented and that urban violence is manifested increasingly in the context of globalization and advanced modernization. The study aims to determine whether it is a reality or utopia social inclusion in the Peruvian Mining. The research is applied and descriptive level. The study population comprises the most representative national mining companies, where the survey technique was applied using non-probability sampling intentional in a total of 100 people living in surrounding towns to the mine and in-depth interviews to authorities in the area. The main activities undertaken by mining companies to benefit the community that demonstrates a commitment to the process of inclusion and social development is identified, allowing us to state that social inclusion in the Peruvian mining is not a utopia but a possible reality performed.

It is determined that the Macro Region conceived as an extensive transverse territorial unit is a solution for the sustainable development of Peru. It is identified that the regulation of territorial delimitation for regionalization is ineffective. The centralized allocation of the royalty does not allow for the equitable and sustainable development of regional governments. It is shown that the Macro Region, is a geopolitical subdivision that covers several regions favoring both economically and socially. It establishes that the regulatory framework is indispensable.

Se determina que la macrorregión concebida como extensa unidad territorial transversal es una solución para el desarrollo sostenible del Perú. Se identifica que la regulación de la delimitación territorial para la regionalización es ineficaz. La asignación centralizada del canon no permite el desarrollo equitativo y sostenible a los gobiernos regionales. Se demuestra que la macrorregión, es una subdivisión geopolítica que abarca varias regiones favoreciéndose tanto económico y socialmente. Se establece que el marco normativo es indispensable.

Objective: Determine the effectiveness of a cognitive preventive program with recommendations for the mental health care of nurses, in the context of COVID-19, according to the Technical Guide of the Ministry of Health, 2021. Methods: Quantitative, pre-experimental approach, with a pre-test and post-test type test design in a single group, cross-sectional. Sample: 129 nurses. Technique: survey. Instrument: structured questionnaire, with acceptable validity and reliability.
