This article first analyzed the influence of religious spiritualism in Peruvian education, from before independence to the present. Educational humanism was later defined as a philosophy that seeks the integral formation of the human being in academic and moral aspects. It was then argued that the concept of "spirit" as a representation of the human essence is a fiction that hinders the development of moral and academic competencies, in addition to hindering interculturality due to the dogmatic influence of Catholicism. Subsequently, the idea of God was refuted and agnosticism was proposed as the most appropriate position when referring to something transcendental. This article aims at spreading information on an unsolved problem of the peruvian educational system. This article have the purpose of analyze the effects of Covid-19 in the public education in Lima Metropolitan. First, a general overview of the effects of the pandemia in different educational stakeholders and the differents challenges that they have taken up. From 9 interviews made principals, vice-principals, and teachers of the capital of the country, is possible to conclude that the connectivity problems coupled with a lack of adequate equipment for virtual clases, has increased inequality in access to education at all educational levels. Further, we have to highlight the psychological effects of the pandemic, essentially with emotional problems in the persons involved.

This work shows the relationship between the development of mathematical thinking and creativity with mathematical problem posing and solving. Creativity and mathematics are disciplines that do not usually appear together. Both concepts constitute complex processes sharing elements, such as fluency (number of ideas), flexibility (range of ideas), novelty (unique idea) and elaboration (idea development). These factors contribute, among others, to the fact that schoolchildren are competent in mathematics. The study addressed the difficulties faced by fourth-cycle primary school students in public educational institutions in the district of Ccatca, Cusco region, in solving mathematical problems. These difficulties were attributed to the limited use of effective strategies and heuristic techniques by teachers. The main objective is to analyze the impact of applying these strategies on student performance and to propose a pedagogical model based on empirical evidence. A heuristic strategy was applied in an applied study with a pre-experimental design, involving 131 students. To measure progress, a pedagogical test (pretest and posttest) and an evaluation rubric were used. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22 and Excel. Desde este escenario, el taller busca evidenciar cómo la creación de problemas permite desarrollar la intuición y creatividad de los estudiantes, sus habilidades para establecer relaciones, interpretar condiciones, argumentar sus posturas y, además, usar de manera flexible sus conocimientos matemáticos. The objective was to evaluate the effect of the application of the GeoGebra software on the problem-solving skills of two-dimensional geometric figures in a sample of 53 university students distributed in two groups (control -experimental) evaluated in two moments: before and after the intervention. . Parametric tests were used to compare independent and related pairs and nonparametric tests were used to compare between classification levels. The results showed that the post-test experimental group was the one that presented the best performance, demonstrating that the use of GeoGebra software improved the solving skills of this type of mathematical problems, promoting collaborative work, social-student integration and improvement of the classroom climate. It is recommended to extend the use of this tool with other applications that help the teaching-learning process.

This paper presents the preliminary results of a pilot experiment in which prospective elementary school teachers have to solve arithmetic problems from elementary school textbooks related to the use of fractions through a technological environment. The main objective of the experiment, in addition to assessing the knowledge of the future teachers, is to measure the performance of the students based on the type of feedback received after answering multiple choice questions. The data collected allow us to verify the positive impact of using messages with aids compared to using only correct or error messages. On the other hand, we consolidate a methodology to use the measurement of student reading time provided by the technological environment as a proxy to determine the complexity of verbal problems.
