In this paper I discuss the complex situation faced by minority linguistic groups, in particular deaf users of the Mexican Sign Language (LSM), whose bilingual education was threatened by the educational crisis caused by the pandemic. The response of the Mexican state not to interrupt the education of children and young people in this country, made clear the discrimination against users of languages distinct of Spanish, as this is the vehicular language for the programming “Aprende en casa”, and doesn’t considerer the context and languages if the indigenous and deaf communities for their teaching.

This research is about what the “Aprendo en casa” strategy in Peru in 2020 meant from two of its main resources, radio and television. The objective was to analyze communicationally and evaluate the programs of both media. Thirty-two pieces from all educational levels were discussed, in seven months, with 27 expert communicators, and the experience from 50 target actors of the strategy was evaluated. The study was methodologically naturalistic, with a qualitative approach, indirect hermeneutical and phenomenological typologies, and under an open coding design. Eight categories generated by free will were found to show results on biased content and questionable forms of presentation; gaps were made visible at the educational, digital, and generational levels, and disarticulation between the education and communication axes. This study points out factors that deepen the digital gaps in rural schools in Peru in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, basic rural education is addressed before and during the pandemic a few factors that intensify the digital gaps, existing inclusion policies and several recommendations to reduce them. It is a qualitative, analytical-descriptive study, with comparative elements between urban and rural, specifically in the Andean region of Peru. Some factors accentuate the digital gaps, such as connectivity, devices, appropriation of technology, and inadequate teacher training, among others. The study highlights the need to enhance the binomial connectivity and teacher training for the use of communication and information technologies and for intercultural dialogue in the learning processes.

This article proposes an intervention program to create consciousness among elementary school students and parents of Basic and Regular Education about gender violence to eventually identify gender’s violence ways of expression and the different aspects where these develop such as their homes, school, and society in general. Given that these attitudes tend to be blinded or normalized when a type of violence is manifested oriented by the gender. Accomplishing this, it will promote a better coexistence generating better opportunities for everyone. Daily learning activities generate exchanges of ideas, doubts, and explanations between students and teachers. These dialogues and the possibility of asking a teacher questions disappear after classes. New automated communication tools developed with word processing programs, such as chatbots, have proven helpful in commerce and customer service. Some educational institutions are currently exploring the benefits of these programs in student care. This paper describes an exploratory study on the use of educational software and conversational agents in the teaching of programming; the objective is to identify the potential of this type of program to support teachers in the training of programmers and the accompaniment of students in their self-managed learning.

Objective: The aim of this investigation is to determine the efficiency of Program “Healthy kids” in healthy supplyand physical activity for the prevention of overweight and obesity in students of primary education. Methodology:The design is descriptive with pre and post tries. One worked with obese students and with overweight that thereapproved the criteria of incorporation of the study. Objective: Describe the effectiveness of primary maternal health care through the budget program 0002 Maternal Neonatal Health, with the participation of the local government level. Material and methods: The programming and budget execution of the activity was analyzed: Municipal actions that promote sexual and reproductive health with emphasis on healthy motherhood. To evaluate the effectiveness, result indicators of the budget program were considered that are linked to the functions of the local government level within the framework of the Organic Law of Municipalities. Objective: To evaluate associated factors with health-related quality of life in older adults’ beneficiaries of the “Pensión 65” program in Angaraes, Huancavelica. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study. 160 people over 65 years-old were surveyed using the SF-36 questionnaire to measure health-related quality of life through eight dimensions (physical function, physical role, corporal pain, emotional role, general health, vitality, social function and mental health) and two components (physical health-SF and mental health-SM).
