Objective: Describe the effectiveness of primary maternal health care through the budget program 0002 Maternal Neonatal Health, with the participation of the local government level. Material and methods: The programming and budget execution of the activity was analyzed: Municipal actions that promote sexual and reproductive health with emphasis on healthy motherhood. To evaluate the effectiveness, result indicators of the budget program were considered that are linked to the functions of the local government level within the framework of the Organic Law of Municipalities. Objective: To develop a methodology for the assuranceof the quality of the processes ofthe Program of Maintenance of School Premises in the Region of Tacna to increase its effectiveness. Methodology: lt was used an application design, because it is oriented to solve a problem, which ¡is the lack of a methodology for the development of the processes of the Program of Maintenanceof School Premises. Results: Procedures and format based on flow charts of the School Site Maintenance Program processes were designed, which allowed a better understanding ofthe users. Conclusion: A methodology was developed for the quality assurance of the School Site Maintenance Program, which improved the effectiveness of the maintenance of the educational infrastructure of the Tacna Region.

We present a collaborative coding environment that helps the teaching of introductory computer graphics courses, with the goal of to do teaching graphics fundamentals more effectively and lowering the excessive difficult of initiate into 3D graphics programming. Traditionally, the OpenGL Library is used for teaching computer graphics courses, since there are bindings for the most popular languages, including Python, Ruby, Java and the web (WebGL). In particular, our proposed framework provides a web IDE for collaborative coding, between classmates or workgroups, and the professor can help them or interact on it. The authors examined the operational purpose of 48 items that establish the criteria for accreditation for teaching , learning and assessment in a medical school , and determined to what extent these criteria are applied by schools and local evaluators in 59 programs evaluated by the Consensus Committee on Medical Education ( LCME ) in the period 1994-1996. This work aims to determine the relation of the results of the Peruvian national assessment of students that finish the third cycle of compulsory education in the area of mathematics and the knowledge and development of abilities considered at second level in the national assessment of students by the elementary teachers of nine schools under feedback-based monitoring by the Strategic Learning Achievement Program in the Local Educational Management Unit of South Arequipa. El problema del vendedor ambulante de alquiler de automóviles (CaRS) es una generalización del problema del agente viajero. En este trabajo se presenta una nueva variante del algoritmo Adaptive Local Search Procedure (ALSP) llamado Iterated Adaptive Local Search Procedure (IALSP). Se presentan dos formulaciones matemáticas para modelar el problema CaRS. Estas formulaciones se comparan utilizando un MIP solver. La formulación con el mejor resultado se utiliza en el algoritmo IALSP. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the phenotypic characteristics and typification of Creole goats in five localities of the Ayacucho region in south-central Peru. Materials and Methods: Data from 149 goats (25 males and 124 females) were collected, excluding animals under 2 years of age, pregnant, and sick. Seven qualitative characteristics and 11 zometric measurements were evaluated, and then 9 zometric indices were estimated. Results: In the region, goats with composite colors predominated (76.50%). Additionally, supernumerary (24.20%) and divergent teats (22.60%) were observed in females, while males exhibited a scrotal bifurcation (32.00%). The origin of the flock had a significant effect (p < 0.05) on body measurements, as well as on pelvic index, transverse pelvic index, longitudinal pelvic index, compactness index, and load cannon bone index, except for body index (BOI), pr...

Sugarcane diseases in Peru occur due to the agricultural community's lack of understanding of these, which means a slow response to the application of methods of control and eradication of these diseases; thus, causing economic losses and underproduction. Due to the aforementioned, a web application for sugarcane diseases recognition is proposed. The five types of sugarcane diseases that will be recognized using this system are: Pineapple Sett Rot, Ring Spot, Mosaic, Brown Rust and Leaf Scorch.
