Parallel parking, in general, is a moderate difficulty maneuver. Moreover, for inexperienced drivers, it can be a stressful situation that can lead to errors such as stay far from the sidewalk or damage another vehicle resulting in traffic tickets that range from simple parking violation to crash-related violations. In this work, we propose a computationally effective approach to perform a collisionfree parallel parking. The method will calculate the minimum parking space needed and then the efficient path for the parallel parking. This method is computationally inexpensive in comparison with the current state of the art. Moreover, it could be used by any car because the parameters needed to perform all computations are taken from the specifications of real cars. The aim of this paper is to highlight the ductility of the legislative limit of the employer’s supervisory power. This is favoured by the use of abstract terms such as «reasonable and necessary». These terms are left to the employer to define and justify the application of labour inspection measures, such as video surveillance. The referred ductility allows the obtaining of evidence with violation of the fundamental right of the worker to the protection of personal data related to his dignity. The incorporation of morphometric data into cladistic analyses poses methodological challenges, particularly in handling continuous characters and landmark configurations in matrices that include multiple individuals per taxon. Although the program TNT (Tree analysis using New Technology) has integrated functionalities for directly analysing continuous and morphogeometric characters, there remains a need for complementary tools that facilitate data preparation and processing. Morris water maze (MWM) test is widely used to evaluate the learning and memory deficits in rodents. Image processing and pattern recognition can be used to analyse videos and recognize automatically the tracking in MWM. There are several commercial and free access software that allows analyzing the behavioral tasks although they also have limitations such as automation, cost, user intervention among other things. The aim of this paper was to develop a new image processing technique to automatically analyse the track of the rat in the MWM, which we called RatsTrack. A manually classified dataset of images obtained by four static cameras located around a construction site is presented. Eight object classes, typically found in a construction environment, were considered. The dataset consists of 1046 images selected from video footage by a frame extraction algorithm and txt files containing the objects' class and coordinates information. These data can be used to develop computer vision techniques in the engineering and construction fields.

La detección de violencia en videos es un campo crucial dentro del análisis del comportamiento humano mediante tecnologías computacionales, especialmente en sistemas de videovigilancia. Este estudio propone un enfoque multinivel que combina técnicas avanzadas de preprocesamiento de datos y distilación de conocimiento para mejorar la eficiencia computacional y la capacidad de generalización de los modelos de detección de violencia.
