OBJETIVE: To evaluate the management of patients with a history of previous cesareada. DESIGN: Descriptive Method. LUGAR: Hospital IV Victor Lazarte Echegaray, EsSalud, Trujillo. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Patients undergoing cesarean section in the period May 1999 to April 2000. RESULTS: 1322 births were studied; of caesarean sections 618, 195 had a history of previous cesareada once, of which 97 were selected; of them, 40.2% were between 26 and 35 years. The most common causes of cesarean in previous cesareada were acute fetal distress (31.9%) and dysfunctional labor (28.9%). CONCLUSIONS: In patients with a history of previous cesareada, 46.4% ended in vaginal delivery and 53.6% by cesarean section.

RESULTS: Ectopic pregnancy had a frequency of 1 in every 133 births; 33.3% of patients were between 36 and 45 years old. The predisposing factors were pelvic inflammatory disease, infertility and uterine surgical curettage; the most widely used diagnostic method was ultrasound (66.7%); The most frequent location was tubal (90.2%); major complications were anemia (68.6%) and hypovolemic shock (13.7%). CONCLUSION: ectopic pregnancy related characteristics were similar to those described in the literature.

Objetivo: El estudio tiene como objetivo evaluar la relación entre los valores del hemograma y los signos de alarma al ingreso de pacientes pediátricos hospitalizados por dengue. Tipo de investigación: Se realizó un estudio analítico, correlacional y retrospectivo. Población: Se analizaron las historias clínicas de 150 pacientes menores de 15 años ingresados en el Hospital Distrital Santa Isabel entre 2023 y mayo de 2024. Principales resultados: El 71% de los pacientes presentó sangrado, el 29% dolor abdominal y el 23% vómitos. No se encontró una asociación significativa entre el dolor abdominal o los vómitos y los valores del hemograma (p>0.05), pero se observó una asociación entre un hematocrito menor de 44% y el sangrado (p=0.026). ICTs have allowed the applications of artificial intelligence to grow exponentially, where different applications are being presented, based on the application of neural networks as prediction mechanisms for different processes and applications, in the present work the use of the Neural networks for the legal case prediction process, in which the analysis of approximately 200 cases was used between cases that had "positive and negative" final results, the expected results after implementing the solution in the MATLAB tool, they presented us effectiveness results in a value of 93%, as a conclusion we can indicate that the model provided allows us to be applied in other conditions as well as to be scaled, taking into account the historical data that may be available for the training process.
