El trabajo pretendió describir las actitudes hacia la conservación del ambiente de los estudiantes del 5to año de la escuela profesional de Agronomía de la Universidad Nacional de Cañete – Lima. La muestra fue constituida por 44 estudiantes del 5to año académico de la carrera profesional de Agronomía. Esta investigación corresponde al tipo básica de nivel descriptivo y diseño descriptivo comparativo. El cuestionario consta de 30 ítems con escalas de actitudes tipo Likert para medir el nivel de actitudes hacia la conservación del ambiente. In this context, this study aims to assess environmental conservation attitudes of students enrolled in tourism and hospitality programs offered by Peruvian universities. A descriptive, cross-sectional study was carried out among students pursuing a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management at the National University of Cañete, in Lima, Peru. The Amazonian shrub Myrciaria dubia (camu-camu) produces vitamin C-rich fruits of growing commercial interest. However, sustainable utilization requires assessment and protection of the genetic diversity of the available germplasm. This study aimed to develop and apply microsatellite markers to assess genetic diversity and construct a core collection of M. dubia germplasm from the Peruvian Amazon. Sixteen polymorphic microsatellite loci were developed using an enrichment approach. The evaluation of 336 genotypes from 43 accessions of the germplasm bank, originating from eight river basins, was conducted using these newly developed markers. Genetic diversity parameters, including observed and expected heterozygosity, were calculated.
