Este trabajo de investigacion es, no experimental, transversal con diseño descriptivo tuvo como objetivo principal conocer la percepción del usuario externo desde dimensiones de calidad de atención que brinda el personal de salud del servicio de Referencias y Contrareferencias del Hospital San Juan de Dios de Pisco 2017. La muestra estuvo constituida por 60 usuarios externos del servicio de Referencias y Contrareferencias utilizándose el muestreo probabilístico. In this context, this study aims to assess environmental conservation attitudes of students enrolled in tourism and hospitality programs offered by Peruvian universities. A descriptive, cross-sectional study was carried out among students pursuing a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management at the National University of Cañete, in Lima, Peru.
