When virtual education was implemented in Peru, the limitations of teachers in technological management were evident. For this reason, the research seeks to analyze the perception of university satisfaction regarding the use of virtual teacher tools as part of teaching strategies, in order to improve virtual teaching-learning, achieving student motivation and facilitating this meaningful learning through the use of virtual tools. The objective of this article is to analyze the perception of asynchronous learning according to the evaluation of the virtual classroom metrics, carried out by business administration students, the results will allow to continue improving the teaching-learning process in the virtual context of education higher. The objective of this article is to identify the results of the functionality of the learning platform and its effect on the satisfaction of mechanical and electrical engineering students. The results will serve as a basis for the continuous improvement of teaching-learning online from the higher institution. The research findings indicate that the indicators that present a better perception regarding the functionality of the learning platform are related to the design and ease of navigation. The objective of this article is to evaluate the effect that virtual teaching learning generates in the evaluation of teaching performance, from the perspective of the students, of the professional mechanical engineering school. The objective of this article is to show the application of a supervision, control and acquisition system of an industrial network of chemical products, for which the design of the control logic and the architecture of the industrial network on Profibus-DP protocols is described and Ethernet, with a peripheral terminal station ET-200, through the Siemens CP433 programmable logic controller and level sensor sensors, coupled to radar-type transmitters with an accuracy of ± 0.5 mm. The objective of this article is describingthe results obtained from the evaluation of perception in engineering students, regarding pedagogical qual-ity, in the context of online education; during the learning process of the process control course with Matlab. This study aims to identify the most optimal supervised learning algorithm to be applied to the prediction of satisfaction of university students. In this study, the IBM SPSS-25.0 software was used to test the reliability of the satisfaction questionnaire and the MATLAB R2021b software through the classification learner technique to determine the supervised learning algorithm. The experimental results determine a Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.979, in terms of the classification algorithm, it is validated that the quadratic vector support machine (SVM) has better performance metrics, being correct in 97.8% (accuracy) in the predictions of satisfaction of university students, with a recall (sensitivity) of 96.5% and an F1 score of 0.968. The study carried out identifies the metricss of the predictive model obtained through the support vector machine (VSM) algorithm, which will be applied in the satisfaction of the acquisition of professional skills of the students of the professional engineering career. As part of the development, the statistical classification tool is used, during the development of the research, it was identified that the predictive model presents as general metrics an accuracy of 82.1%, a precision of 70.72%, a sensitivity of 91.06% and a specificity of 87.60%. Through this model, it contributes significantly to decision-making in relation to improving satisfaction related to the acquisition of professional skills in engineering students, since decision-making by university authorities will have a scientific basis, to take early and timely actions in relation to the predictive elements.

The article describes a control logic used to automate the mixing stage of the instant mashed potato process, in order to improve the quality of the final product. Thus, initially the characteristics of the automated process are detailed, specifying the programming logic on the programmable logic controller, to later demonstrate through a data collection process the percentage of improvement in the quality of the final product from the perspective of the users. Indicators: percentage of humidity in the mixing stage, water absorption index (IAA), water solubility index (ISA) and hydrogen potential (pH). The objective of this article is to describe the satisfaction of students with the use of technological simulation tools in learning in the automatic process control course, as part of the pedagogical update in the context of dis-tance education. The Academic Satisfaction Scale (ESA) was used as a meas-urement instrument, the reliability of the data was performed through Cronbach's alpha, giving a consistencyvalue of 0.949. The objective of this study is to analyze and discuss the metrics of the predictive model using the K-nearest neighbor (K-NN) learning algorithm, which will be applied to the data on the perception of engineering students on the quality of the virtual administrative service, such as part of the methodology was analyzed the indicators of accuracy, precision, sensitivity and specificity, from the obtaining of the confusion matrix and the receiver operational characteristic (ROC) curve.
