La investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la influencia la plataforma virtual CHAMILO en el aprendizaje de la estadística, como esta ayuda a mejorar los niveles de aprendizaje conceptual, procedimental y actitudinal de los estudiantes de posgrado. El método de investigación utilizado fue científico (hipotético-deductivo), con un diseño cuasi experimental y el tipo de investigación es tecnológica, ya que está basada en el uso de la tecnología actual. La muestra estuvo conformada por 56 alumnos conformados en dos grupos 28 en el grupo de control y 28 en el grupo experimental. The process and means that the university offers its students must be efficient and of quality, even more so considering the influence of the quality of educational services on student satisfaction. The objective of this article is to analyze the perception of asynchronous learning according to the evaluation of the virtual classroom metrics, carried out by business administration students, the results will allow to continue improving the teaching-learning process in the virtual context of education higher. The methodology of this study is qualitative at the descriptive level, the validation of the data by Cronbach's Alpha, gave a reliability value of 0.985. The state of emergency declared in many countries due to the pandemic led universities to consider the incursion of technological tools to give continuity to the teaching and learning process; therefore it is significant to explore results regarding the application of augmented reality (AR) in education.
