La presente investigación tiene como finalidad determinar en qué medida la implementación del sistema de gestión basado en la guía PMBOK optimiza la productividad de la empresa FDC Puesta a Tierra SAC. Inicialmente se realizó la adaptación de los procesos de planificación y control, y las 2 áreas de conocimiento de gestión del cronograma del proyecto y gestión de los costos del proyecto, basándose en los lineamientos del PMBOK sexta edición, para lo cual se generó 12 entregables a utilizar. This leads us to wonder why this survey is applied only once and why it only asks about some factors. This article aims to describe the design of a circuit of a level transducer implemented by means of an ultrasonic sensor and controlled by Arduino Nano, applied to a water tank of a firefighting system.
