This article aims to analyze the satisfaction of university students from the per-spective of teaching performance, in face-to-face (2019-II) and virtual (2020-I) teaching-learning, due to the health emergency, declared in Peru, by COVID-19. These results will allow the Public University to implement continuous improve-ment plans in the teaching-learning development of the virtual environment. Se realizó una investigación cuyo objetivo fue determinar si existe relación entre la gestión administrativa y el servicio a los estudiantes en la Universidad Nacional Tecnológica de Lima Sur, considerando que la institución educativa universitaria en mención se encuentra en proceso de constitución. El presente artículo está dirigido a determinar si es posible desarrollar un sistema de comunicación entre las estaciones de agua potable en el distrito de Cieneguilla, ya que no cuentan con uno. De esa manera, se logrará un sistema de monitoreo que cumpla con estándares internacionales y nacionales. Por lo tanto, las estaciones remotas (ER) hidráulicamente dependientes se comunicarán entre sí y la información de cada ER será llevada y visualizada en el SCADA de La Atarjea.

The objective of this article is to identify the results of the functionality of the learning platform and its effect on the satisfaction of mechanical and electrical engineering students. The results will serve as a basis for the continuous improvement of teaching-learning online from the higher institution. The research findings indicate that the indicators that present a better perception regarding the functionality of the learning platform are related to the design and ease of navigation. However, 21.4% of the students are not entirely satisfied with its functionality due to the technical problems presented when downloading the study material. The objective of this study is to analyze and discuss the metrics of the predictive model using the K-nearest neighbor (K-NN) learning algorithm, which will be applied to the data on the perception of engineering students on the quality of the virtual administrative service, such as part of the methodology was analyzed the indicators of accuracy, precision, sensitivity and specificity, from the obtaining of the confusion matrix and the receiver operational characteristic (ROC) curve. The collected data were validated through Cronbach's Alpha, finding consistency values higher than 0.9, which allows to continue with the analysis.
