La presente investigación, la función macroeconómica de importaciones en el Perú 1960-2022. Se utilizaron los métodos explicativos, de análisis, de síntesis, estadísticos y econométricos. Utiliza la prueba la prueba del punto de quiebre estructural, el cual determina 2 puntos de quiebre 1992 y 2007 y 3 ecuaciones a corto plazo en el Perú, durante el periodo investigación. Las ecuaciones mínimas cuadráticas están corregidas de los problemas de multicolinealidad entre variables independientes, quiebre estructural, autocorrelación de los errores estocásticos, heteroscedasticidad de la varianza de los errores estocásticos. La variable de mayor en impacto en las importaciones del Perú, tanto en el periodo de 1992-2002 y 2007-2021. Today, when industry 4.0 is already being talked about, and its advantages at the organizational level, there are still industrial processes that show a lack of automatic regulation mechanisms, which means that an optimal operating process is not guaranteed, nor that monitoring and supervision capacity. In this sense, the purpose of the article is to demonstrate the feasibility of the integration between the programmable logic controller and the Arduino nanocontrollers, this as an alternative to automate a concentric tube heat exchanger, for monitoring and data acquisition through a supervision, control and data acquisition system. This article aims to analyze the satisfaction of university students from the per-spective of teaching performance, in face-to-face (2019-II) and virtual (2020-I) teaching-learning, due to the health emergency, declared in Peru, by COVID-19. These results will allow the Public University to implement continuous improve-ment plans in the teaching-learning development of the virtual environment. When performing the comparative analysis, it was determined that the careers that present the greatest satisfaction in 2020 - I, are business administration with 82.97% and systems engineering with 78.07%. —In this competitive scenario of the educational system, higher education institutions use intelligent learning tools and techniques to predict the factors of student academic performance. Given this, the article aims to determine the supervised learning model for the predictive system of personal and social attitudes of university students of professional engineering careers. For this, the Machine Learning Classification Learner technique is used by means of the Matlab R2021a software. The results reflect a predictive system capable of classifying the four satisfaction classes (1: dissatisfied, 2: not very satisfied, 3: satisfied and 4: very satisfied) with an accuracy of 91.96%, a precision of 79.09%, a Sensitivity of 75.66% and a Specificity of 92.09%, regarding the students' perception of their personal and social attitudes.
