La investigación se propuso el objetivo de comparar la calidad sanitaria entre los alimentos expendidos en el mercado municipal y los que se ofrecen en los establecimientos comerciales de alimentos privados de Chincha Alta, a partir de los análisis microbiológicos correspondientes con el fin de determinar el grado de diferencia salubre que se da en los productos alimenticios que se expenden en forma pública y los que se ofrecen en forma privada, en esta localidad.
