Estudia la relación entre las variables satisfacción laboral y síndrome de burnout en los trabajadores administrativos de una universidad estatal de Lima Metropolitana, el estudio es de tipo descriptivo con un diseño correlacional. El tipo de muestreo fue no probabilístico intencionado. Participaron 616 de trabajadores administrativos de 12 facultades de la universidad estatal de ambos sexos, de diferentes regímenes laborales, los cuales se agruparon en dos categorías, nombrados y contratados, se consideró el tiempo de servicio y edad. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron: La Escala de Satisfacción laboral SPC de Palma (1999) y el Inventario Maslach Burnout Inventory - General Survey (Schaufeli, Leiter, Maslach y Jackson, 1996). Estudia la relación existente entre las variables clima laboral y el síndrome de Burnout en los trabajadores de una empresa agente de aduanas, el estudio es de tipo descriptivo con un diseño descriptivo correlacional. El tipo de muestreo fue no probabilístico intencionado, con la participación de todo el personal de la empresa, siendo el total 110 participantes de ambos géneros, de diferentes grupos ocupacionales. It was investigated on the values hierarchy that prevails in the small business of the east zone of Lima, the relationship between self-esteem and the organizational values. and the differences between the self-esteem and some demographic features, as well as these with the organizational values. The study was carried out in a sample of 105 managers of equal number o small business. The information was collected through the Inventory of self-esteem (ALPEL) VA-Form. and the Values Organizational List (ALPEL) VA-Form. Se investigó sobre la jerarquía de valores que impera en las microempresas del Cono Este de Lima, la relación entre la autoestima y los valores organizacionales, y las diferencias entre la autoestima y algunos rasgos demográficos, así como éstos con los valores organizacionales. El estudio se llevó a cabo en una muestra de 105 gerentes de igual número de microempresas. La información fue recabada mediante el Inventario de Autoestima (ALPEL) Forma-AD y la Lista de Valores Organizacionales (ALPEL) Forma VA. DOI: 10.26439/persona2020.n023(1).4831 This research studies the interaction between social habilities and activity on internet social networks in fifth grade high school students of the town of Lima. The participants were 1066 students and the sample was a probabilistics one. We used a correlational design, as it was sought to determine the degree of relationship between two variables, in this case the index of relation between social habilities and the index of use of internet social networks in high school participants from a state and a non state institutions of the city of Lima. Results show a negative and significant interaction between the full score on the scale of social skills and the index of addiction to internet networks, as well as in the scores of most of the components of the results of the variables under study.

Estudio descriptivo-comparativo realizado en alumnos de tercer año de secundaria de centros educativos estatales y no estatales. La muestra estuvo contituida por 679 participantes de las siete UGEL de Lima metropolitana. Se llevó a cabo el estudio psicométrico para evaluar la validez y la confiabilidad. El 64,5% de los alumnos de tercero de secundaria provenían de centros educativos estatales y el 35,5% de centros educativos no estatales. Se encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas en el nivel de comprensión lectora entre los alumnos de colegios estatales y no estatales, tanto en el nivel de comprensión lectora literal como en el inferencial.
