This article a study carried out in a sample of 72 subjects in order to investigate the commitment of workers for organization where they work and the relationship between organizational commitment and demographic variables. The results show that the majority have a normal level of commitment to organization and that no relationships exist with the demographic variables used in this analysis. A cross-analysis between the factors of organizational commitment shows that a significant relationship exists between some of them.

The study attempts to examine the relationship that exists between self-esteem and the organizational commitment of administrative workers within a provincial public university using a sample of 48 subjects, representing 18% of the total university population. The study shows that a relationship between self-esteem and organizational commitment does not exist; however, we found that a correlation exists between self-esteem and factors related to organizational commitment, specifically commitment to work.

The present exploratory research has as an objective to know the relationship between the customer satisfaction and the service quality in public and private organizations in Lima Metroplitana, and the way how is related to some demographic, social, and organizational variables in a sample of 174 individuals, who attend to the pointed out organizations as users to buy general goods and services. The analyisis of the results takes us to confirm that most of the sample participants show a favorurable opinion regarding to the quality of the service. The article analyzes the quality human as principal development factor of the organizations. Support that the human quality, in great measure, it is product of the training and development of the self-esteem and that this constitutes the sustenance of the values that they are those which are entrusted with regulating the human conduct. Thus the key of the quality and the success of the man is found substantially in the self-esteem (high) that will lead to establish positive social interactions, between them your performance in the work, creating permanent feedback conditions. It was investigated on the values hierarchy that prevails in the small business of the east zone of Lima, the relationship between self-esteem and the organizational values. and the differences between the self-esteem and some demographic features, as well as these with the organizational values. The present work attempts to examine the self-esteem of workers within a public university located within the interior of the country and its relationship with demographic and social variables in a sample of 33% of the total university population. The results indicate that, in general terms, the self-esteem of the workers is low, while in regards to demographic variables (sex, marital status, level of study and years of residence) significant differences in self-esteem were found to exist.

The objective of this study is to know about the creativity and entrepreneurship attitude of the National Engineering University students, and their relationship with demographic and social variables taken from a sample of 202 students between the first and tenth semester. The analysis of the results shows that most of the students have a positive attitude towards the creativity and entrepreneurship. In that sense, the correlation between the creativity and their entrepreneurship components indicates a meaningful and positive association. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer el grado de agotamiento laboral en los profesionales de salud que laboran en los centros de salud de Lima Metropolitana, en una muestra de 89 sujetos que cursaban estudios de posgrado en diversos centros superiores de estudio. The present investigation had as objective to know the level of work exhaustion in health professionals that work in health services of metropolitan area of Lima, in a sample of 89 subjects who were postgraduate students in universities of Lima. The study shows that the work exhaustion in the health professionals is normal with tendency to be still lower. Specifically, we found a negative correlation between stress and the satisfaction with salary, the relation with the patients, the physical environment, and the health state. Se investigó sobre la jerarquía de valores que impera en las microempresas del Cono Este de Lima, la relación entre la autoestima y los valores organizacionales, y las diferencias entre la autoestima y algunos rasgos demográficos, así como éstos con los valores organizacionales. El estudio se llevó a cabo en una muestra de 105 gerentes de igual número de microempresas.
