El presente trabajo, tiene como objetivo establecer una explicación de la lealtad del consumidor partiendo de las variables calidad del servicio (variable inicial); valor percibido, confianza (variables mediadoras), satisfacción (variable resultado) y aversión a la pérdida (variable moderadora) en un contexto de servicios en telecomunicaciones. Para contrastar el modelo, se aplicó un estudio a 385 consumidores de telefonía móvil y televisión en la ciudad de Chiclayo. Se utilizó para este propósito una investigación de nivel explicativo y de diseño no experimental transversal. The purpose of the study has been to differentiate the importance of the high-performance work systems (HPWS) effects, for dimensions, in the performance of sales representatives of pharmaceutical companies in Chiclayo having affective commitment and human capital as mediation variables. HPWS have a significant effect on development through human capital, but not with affective commitment. However, there are HPWS’ subdimensions that affect development through the “motivational path” (training, performance assessment and empowerment practices) which also affect in a considerable way through human capital. An activity that also affects performance through human capital significantly is the compensations and incentives one.

ChatGPT, a large language model AI, has the potential to transform higher education by providing students with personalized learning support, assisting in writing tasks, and enhancing their level of engagement. This study examines the factors influencing the acceptance of ChatGPT among university students in Peru, following the extended UTAUT2 model with the addition of a construct called knowledge sharing (KS). A total of 772 students from seven universities in Lambayeque and La Libertad participated in an online survey, providing insights into their perceptions and experiences with using ChatGPT for academic purposes. The advent of generative artificial intelligence (AI) applications, such as ChatGPT, has significantly impacted various aspects of human life, including higher education. This study explores university students’ attitudes toward ChatGPT, focusing on the cognitive, affective, and behavioral components of attitudes, on the basis of Mitcham’s philosophical framework of attitudes toward technology. A total of 595 university students from six public and private universities in northern Peru participated in an online survey. The results of the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis revealed that the affective component (β = 0.672***) and the cognitive component (β = 0.260**) positively influence the behavioral component of students’ attitudes when ChatGPT is used. El estudio se enfoca en el análisis de la intención emprendedora entre estudiantes universitarios, destacando su importancia para el desarrollo económico y la innovación. La metodología adoptada es cuantitativa, utilizando un cuestionario basado en tres dimensiones (personal, recursos y social) y aplicando una escala Likert. La muestra consistió en 280 estudiantes de diversas facultades en Lambayeque, Perú. Se utilizó el software estadístico JASP para el análisis de datos, incluyendo medidas de confiabilidad y validez del instrumento. The study examines how Peru could maintain the sustainability of its blueberry exports through market diversification and competitiveness. Using a quantitative approach, the Herfindahl– Hirschman Index (HHI) and the Balassa Index were calculated. The results showed impressive growth in key markets such as the United States, where exports grew by an average of 115.03% annually, and robust growth in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Despite these increases, the study identified a high concentration in specific markets, particularly in the United States, where the HHI ranged from 2896 to 3828 throughout the evaluated period, indicating significant dependence. This study aimed to analyze the acceptance of AI and its effect on the entrepreneurial intentions of international trade university students in Peru and Ecuador.
