En el presente proyecto se propone el diseño de una Planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales para una empresa de curtiembre de tipo artesanal con el objetivo de eliminar el material orgánico y las sustancias químicas altamente contaminantes, para lo cual se inspeccionó la empresa y se obtuvieron muestras de las aguas descargadas del efluente, determinándose parámetros de pH, turbidez, DBO 5 , DQO, sulfuros y cromo. El objetivo es instalar una Planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales con el fin de mejorar la recirculación y los tratamientos del agua que se usaría en cada uno de las etapas del proceso productivo de la curtiembre para que su descarga a los efluentes sea menos contaminante y además generaría un descuento sustentable en la cantidad de agua utilizada. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la relación entre la gestión del pronóstico estratégico y el desarrollo organizacional en una unidad ejecutora de la Dirección Territorial de la Policía Nacional del Perú. Se trabajó un enfoque mixto, combinando un estudio de tipo aplicado con un diseño secuencial de métodos mixtos. La muestra estuvo conformada por 50 sujetos, que incluyó 37 policías en actividad y 13 civiles. Los principales destacan que el nivel de gestión del pronóstico estratégico es alto, con un 54%, mientras que el nivel de desarrollo organizacional es medio, con un 50%. The study examines how Peru could maintain the sustainability of its blueberry exports through market diversification and competitiveness. Using a quantitative approach, the Herfindahl– Hirschman Index (HHI) and the Balassa Index were calculated. The results showed impressive growth in key markets such as the United States, where exports grew by an average of 115.03% annually, and robust growth in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Despite these increases, the study identified a high concentration in specific markets, particularly in the United States, where the HHI ranged from 2896 to 3828 throughout the evaluated period, indicating significant dependence. ChatGPT, a large language model AI, has the potential to transform higher education by providing students with personalized learning support, assisting in writing tasks, and enhancing their level of engagement. This study examines the factors influencing the acceptance of ChatGPT among university students in Peru, following the extended UTAUT2 model with the addition of a construct called knowledge sharing (KS). A total of 772 students from seven universities in Lambayeque and La Libertad participated in an online survey, providing insights into their perceptions and experiences with using ChatGPT for academic purposes.
