In 2010, Perales et al. found in medical students of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos a lifetime prevalence of suicide attempts than 4%. The purpose of this study is to estimate the prevalence of this problem among students from the School of Social Work at the university, as there are no data on the country. To estimate the prevalence of suicidal behavior and associated factors in students of the School of Social Work at San Marcos. METHODS: Cross-sectional analytical study on the universe of students enrolled in the School of Social Work in 2011. In group sessions, were applied measuring instruments (scales of self-measurement of depression and anxiety Zung, guest suicidal, homicidal thoughts and indicators of antisocial behavior and CAGE) students who previously gave written informed consent. Data were subjected to descriptive and specific analysis of key survey variables.

Background: Harmful work patterns have become a public health problem. These conditions are worrying since they can have an impact on mental health, social conflicts, and physical difficulties due to their normalization of pathological behaviors related to work addiction. Aims: (1) determine the psychometric properties and reliability of the DUWAS and (2) evaluate valid comparisons at the construct level. Methods: The Spanish version of DUWAS was used. For the evaluation of the psychometric model, 446 Peruvian workers responded to the Spanish version (60.5% women aged 18 to 65, M = 35.1 SD = 12.45). Results: The unidimensional version was confirmed (x2 = 67.495(14); CFI = 0.96; TLI = 0.95; SRMR = 0.050 and RMSEA = 0.069). La presente investigación tiene por objetivo general, identificar los problemas de comportamiento que presentan los niños de 3 a 5 años, del colegio “Virgen del Pilar” de Chincha. Para ello, se empleó un estudio no experimental con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño descriptivo. La población fue no probabilística de tipo intencional considerando criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La muestra fue de 152 niños de 3 a 5 años, del colegio “Virgen del Pilar” de Chincha. El instrumento empleado fue el Cuestionario TOCA.R v. (2005) de Werthamar-Laarsson, Lellom y Wheeler, constituido por 43 preguntas y cinco dimensiones con una escala tipo Likert. Fue validado, para este estudio, en Perú (2017) por juicio de tres expertos; además, se realizó la validez estadística de Cronbach, cuyo resultado fue 80.

In the business context, it is necessary to understand employees' organizational behavior for the purpose of development. This study focuses on evaluating the organizational behavior of employees in the industrial company called DIMATIC S.A.C. from Lima, Peru, in order to identify aspects to improve to reduce problems and costs in the organization. To this end, a cross-sectional, descriptive methodological approach was used, by means of a validated questionnaire administered to 58 employees from various departments of the organization. The results showed that 70.69% of employees rated the organizational behavior in the company as "Good". Dimension "Individual" had the highest rating, with 86.21% in the "Good" category. In the Huanzalá Mine, the problems in the fiber-reinforced shotcrete (hereinafter SRF) were identified, the underground mining works present deterioration in the cracked shotcrete, therefore, the structural ductility and embrittlement of the steel and polymer SRF are analyzed.The initial deformations around the excavation are estimated with the RS2 software, which indicate that the SRF will present cracks that are monitored in the field (width and convergence); the energy absorption properties of steel and polymer SRF are obtained by laboratory tests. This paper describes the activities of a Clinical Psychological Unit and the demographic and psychopathologicalfeatures of the children assisted there. It also informs about sorne results of the collaborative research work undertaken by two Chairs. Diagnosis records of 75 children between 6 and 12 years old referred by schools and justice courts because of their behavior problems were analyzed. The children belong to poor families of Greater Buenos Aires. Indicators were selected in arder to distinguish when the violent behavior is caused by a character disorder, or it is an expression of psychotic features or whether it t is a neurotic symptom as a result of a trauma (loss situation).
